They did a job.

They did a good job. They were very prompt, neat and cleaned up everything.

I thought they were expensive, but they did a great job.

The roof and downspouts look fine and went through the first winter without problems. I had some complaints about the care they took with my property. There were numerous scuffs left on the vinyl siding from the debris being thrown down on the ground. Scuffs were removed, with my approval, with a solvent that left shiny marks on the siding. The crews broke branches on a bush and broke a solar light, possibly from stepping wrong or placing a ladder wrong. The crew said nothing about these damages. The supervisor did settle by providing free gutter covers to make up. I cleaned up cigarette butts from the garage where they would take breaks. I feel that this particular crew did not take care of my property in the way that I had been told to expect by other home owners who had used J&B. I am a little disappointed since theirs was not the lowest estimate.

They came out to fix a leak in the roof and were unable to do anything. A first grader could have done better work. They never took a hose up to check for the leak, and it still leaks to this day. I definitely would not recommend to any one!!

THE FINISHED PRODUCT WAS VERY NICE. WE WERE PLEASED WITH HOW IT TURNED OUT. GETTING TO THAT POINT WAS NOT AS PLEASING. I UNDERSTAND THAT WE WERE TRYING TO BOOK AT A BUSY TIME OF YEAR, BUT THE SALESMAN SENT ME THE FINAL PROPOSAL ON JUNE 2ND PROMISING THAT THEY WOULD GET TO THE WORK BY THE FIRST OR SECOND WEEK OF JULY. (OUR FIRST CHILD WAS DUE AUG. 2ND & WANTED THE WORK COMPLETED PRIOR TO THAT.) I MADE SEVERAL PHONE CALLS TO THE SALESMAN TO CHECK ON THE STATUS OF THE PROJECT START DATE. I WAS CONTINUALLY PUT OFF 'ANOTHER WEEK OR TWO' EACH TIME I CALLED. BY THE TIME IT WAS DONE I COULD'VE HAD ANOTHER CONTRACTOR DO IT. WHILE THE PROJECT WAS GOING ON, THEY WORKED A VERY HAPHAZARD SCHEDULE. ONE DAY THEY WERE HERE FOR ONLY A COUPLE OF HOURS, THEN THE NEXT WAS 5 OR 6 HOURS. THE JOB TURNED OUT TO TAKE 1 WEEK TO COMPLETE. LASTLY, CLEAN-UP WAS NOT WHAT WE EXPECTED. WE FOUND SEVERAL PIECES OF THE OLD WOODEN SOFFITS LAYING IN OUR PLANTERS, & OUR NEIGHBOR FOUND A PIECE OF ALUMINUM IN HERS.

VERY GOOD JOB. SCOTT WAS INFORMATIVE AND PROFESSIONAL WHEN QUOTING THE JOB. THE WORK WAS SCHEDULE AND PERFORMED AT THE EXPECTED TIME AND TIME FRAMES. THE CREW WAS COURTEOUS AND COMPETENT. VERY NEAT JOB, CLEAN UP WAS THOROUGH. WORK WAS PERFORMED IN SECTIONS SO THAT AN ENTIRE SECTION WAS COMPLETED IN ONE DAY. THIS AVOIDED ANY OPEN ROOF OR THE NEED FOR A TARP WHILE THE WORK PROGRESSED. SCOTT STOPPED BY THE JOB ON OCCASION TO ENSURE THE WORK WAS BEING PERFORMED CORRECTLY.

I WAS COUNTING ON THE ESTIMATE TO COMPARE PRICING. AFTER NOT RECEIVING THE ESTIMATE, I CONTACTED HIM ABOUT IT, AND HIS RESPONSE WAS THAT I WASN'T GOING TO HAVE THE WORK DONE UNTIL OCTOBER. I NEVER RECEIVED THE ESTIMATE.

THE TEAR OFF CREW WERE HERE ON TIME, BUT HAD TO WAIT FOR THE CREW WITH THE TRUCK AND TOOLS. THEY CAME ABOUT A HALF HOUR LATER. THEY WERE POLITE AND VERY FAST. THEY ANSWERED ANY QUESTIONS I HAD AND DID A GOOD JOB OF CLEANING UP BEFORE THEY LEFT. I WILL BE HAVING THEM DO MY HOUSE ROOF ALSO. I FELT THE PRICE WAS FAIR.
