Description of Work: We have used Hagen many times with complete satisfaction. During one visit Rich was able to get the hot water to come through the pipes into my bathroom sink. This blockage had been a problem for years that four other companies were not able to fix. We have also had leaks fixed, and drains unclogged and two new toilets installed.

Description of Work: They removed a laundry tub and installed a new vanity and faucet. This was in a very old building so I was advised as to what products to be looking for that would work in this space.

Description of Work: My bathroom tub was clogged. The old drum trap was removed and replaced with a new PVC trap. The drain was also snaked out. Also had a gas line capped off in the same visit.

Description of Work: Hagen Plumbing Service replaced a primary sump pump, installed a battery backup sump pump, and replaced the hot water heater. They also replaced a couple valves at the sanitary sink, and a gas and a water valve at the hot water heater. This company was very patient with us and generous with their time in answering our questions, providing recommendations, and explaining their processes and equipment before and after installations. They are very conscientious, and dedicated to doing the job right. They replaced check valves at the sump crock, and inspected a check valve we had installed about 15 or so years ago. Our only disappointment was that they installed what was supposed to be a new Bradford White hot water heater, but it had a four to five inch dent, and several scratches and nicked paint. Eric Hagen said these scratches and dent did not pose a problem. If the dent and scratches do not void or effect the six year manufacturer's warranty, we will most certainly use Hagen Plumbing again. This is the first time we have requested the service of Hagen Plumbing, and, as far as we know at this time, their installation and service is top notch. They seem very knowledgeable and have great integrity.

Description of Work: We have used Hagen for a couple of projects. One was to repair a plumbing leak in a bathroom. They were very quick to help and priced very reasonably. The other project was for a repair on an outdoor faucet. I will definitely hire them for future jobs.

Description of Work: Hagen Plumbing was hired to replace old valves and install shutoffs at all the sinks in my 1960's house. They also installed a new dishwasher for me that wasn't part of the original quote for a reasonable price that was negotiated on site. It was a two man team and what really impressed me by these guys was the quickness that they worked. They came in, went over everything and jumped right to work. Total completion time was just over 2 hours, even with the added time of installing the dishwasher. And at the end of the job, they took a moment to walk through everything that was done and answered any questions that I had. I will definitely be hiring these guys for any future plumbing projects.

Description of Work: We've used Hagen a number of times. Initially, we had him fix a leak on a weekend, and he came out, his rates were definitely reasonable, and the leak was fixed. We then hired him to install plumbing for a new shower unit (body sprays, an overhead rain shower, and a showerhead, plus to install a shower base and move the drain. His rates were very competitive, and the work was done as promised and within budget. Then, we had another leak, from the other bathroom. He came out, fixed it, and made sure that wouldn't happen again! Again, even in an 'emergency', Hagen's rates are better than you'd think. Then, our water heater died. By the end of the day I called, a new heater was installed, and the old one was hauled away. Totally professional. Then (most recently) we had a severely plugged pipe somewhere beyond the kitchen sink (too many eggshells down the garbage disposal!) Erik was there first thing in the morning, and was able to get it all fixed (and replace the small pipe I broke) Hagen is our plumber, no question.
