It went great.

He's fantastic. He's a great handyman. He's very trustworthy. He's a jack-of-all-trades. He has been able to let us know what he can do versus what we should always get someone else to come in. He's really responsive.

Dynamic Renovations came and fixed the tile in my master bath shower area. Jeff was very knowledgeable about tile and did a great job repairing the grouting. I would hire Jeff again.

This project required some creative thinking as far as plumbing was concerned. Some prospective contractors said it couldn't be done. Jeff thought otherwise. In order to allow for drilling through some of the floor joists for the shower drain, Jeff first had to double up the joists to strengthen the floor. We were amazed at how quickly this was accomplished. Rough framing was done in no time at all. The plumbing was extensive but was installed in one day, rough electrical the next day. More amazement - drywall soon followed. The only thing that held this up at all was waiting for inspections. Before we knew it, everything came together with the installation of the floor, fixtures, finish electrical, paint and trim. After he cleaned up, we coudn't tell he was ever there...except for the new bathroom! He fabricated a wooden pipe chase in the first floor bedroom to hide the waste line, water feeds and electrical. He was able to match the existing woodwork perfectly. He also installed a new attic access door as the existing one was now the new bathroom door. We trusted Jeff from the beginning. We had no problem at all giving him the house key and he made sure that the cat did not sneak out! We kept waiting for a problem. None came. Job done. A great experience!

will try to do repair this weekend. I will probably have jeff assist.i have ben trying to figure a way to do this repair for several years. I cant thank him enough for his explanation. I never would have come up with the solution he gave. have more repairs to do on sons home in slinger wont hesitate to call him again

Working with Jeff was a pleasure--he is friendly, professional and really knows construction. We felt very comfortable having him and his subcontractors working in our home. Right from the start, Jeff listened to what we wanted to accomplish with our basement with a and quot;can doand quot; attitude and offered suggestions to save costs. His estimate to complete the work was well below what other contractors had bid. We were able to purchase the bath fixtures ourselves, as well as purchase and install the flooring, which saved us a lot of money. Jeff was very flexible in letting us make minor changes to the plans as we went along. He was on the job every morning and worked all day long framing in walls, drywalling, painting, woodworking, installing the ceiling and overseeing the plumbing and electrical work--keeping us well informed of what was being done every day. He was very detail oriented and took care of getting all of the building inspections completed on time. Our building inspector even commented to us on the nice work Jeff and his workers were doing. Work areas were cleaned up every day and there was very little inconvenience to us as the work was being completed. We are so happy with the finished area--it's such a pleasure to have a nice space for using our treadmill, watching TV, working on sewing projects--and a place for our grandkids to enjoy as well. And having a beautiful bathroom on the lower level is really a luxury! The storage area is organized and spacious and concealed behind a lovely double door. I would say that the finished area exceeds what we originally had in mind for space and quality of workmanship. As a favor to us, Jeff even fixed our back door which never closed properly in all of the 13 years we have lived in this house--THANK YOU, JEFF!! We will definitely recommend Dynamic Renovations.

Overall, it was a great experience. Everyday there was a new development at the end of the day. It was a beautiful transformation from a dated 1950 kitchen with small galley, into an awesome entertaining classic contemporary kitchen and living space. He managed to enlargen the kitchen without exhorbitant costs by opening up an entrance area. He not only made cosmetic changes, but created a space that more light would come into the kitchen without major costs of changing outdoor wall space and costly window upgrades. Jeff and his team were very timely, organized, and were done as promised at the end of each day. He would always consults us about any new issues or concerns. He was the master professional in making our kitchen beautiful. In addition Jeff amd his team also placed new flooring throughout all the living areas. It was a nasty job, as there were layers of uneven flooring. We can't say enough about his work. Furthermore, his prices were totally reasonable. Lastly, his comment about and quot;it's a get it done by xmas joband quot; came true. We had a lovely first experience with our kids and grandkids in our new spaces by XMAS.

He's very responsive. He is thorough. He gives me good ideas and tells me what I should spend money on and shouldn't spend money on. And the reason the doors were so expensive was because they were special sized and he had to put some stuff down and stuff. So it was a bigger project than anticipated. I just feel like I really trust him now. He's reliable. I think he's great. I want to tell everyone about him, because I think he's great and I want to keep him to myself. But it's like, little jobs or big jobs, as long as you're patient timing-wise, because he may have some bigger projects, he's willing to fit you in.

I like that he's easy to get in touch with. He's responsive and he seems very upfront about his capabilities. When I ask his opinion he gives it to me but he doesn't push things on me. He's bidding on another job right now.

Jeff was very responsive and I felt that he gave me honest feedback regarding the condition of the deck. We decided to restain it and it looks great. Since it was an outdoor project, he was able to work when we were not home. He was great about calling me to give me an update on his progress. The deck looks really nice and the gates that he built are fantastic. I would highly recommend Dynamic Renovations, and I will call them again for my next handyman project.

Jeff and his crew did an outstanding job and the price was very reasonable. We talked to a number of contractors and chose Dynamic Removations because of the cost and good referrals we received. We told Jeff basically what we were thinking for the basement, and he came up with a design that is fantastic. Jeff is very familiar with the building codes and especially with the inspector in our area, so the entire process from permits to final inspection went very smoothly. Jeff was flexible and allowed us to do some of the work ourselves or choose other contractors for certain things. For example, we did the painting ourselves and we also used a family friend for the carpeting. One thing that I am very happy with is the window that Jeff installed. We have some exiting plumbing that made it very difficult to frame around the basement window. Jeff came up with a very creative solution to the problem. Jeff was always punctual and the project finished right on schedule. Jeff is very friendly and respectful of our schedules. I would definitely recommend Dynamic Renovations and I will be using them again in the future.

We couldn't be happier with our new finished basement. Jeff was able to incorporate all the elements that we wanted. Installing an egress window, turning the stairs, rough- in, drywall, knockdown finish, new glass block basement window, box window seat, very cool tray type ceiling to hide vents, ceiling tiles, vinyl tile floors and grout, bathroom cabinets, vanity top and sink, wall of bar cabinets installed with moulding, trim work...would definitely recommend.

We strongly considered hiring this company based on our meeting, however the price was high compared to other estimates.

They are fairly local and were very personable. They were able to answer my questions and come out and take a look at things. They gave us free estimate and also worked with us. We are actually trying to get them back for some more work.

Our kitchen had been remodeled many times, but never done professionally. We had an old door that had been completely covered with a wall (glass and all) many outlets covered in odd places, no insulation etc. Jeff did a great job helping us through this, coming up with solutions to some of the problems. He suggested reinforcing our floor because the tile we chose would possibly be to heavy and may cause problems in the future. Jeff also noticed there was a heat vent in the basement he could bring up to the kitchen to get us heat running across the new tile floor, we never would have thought of this on our own. I also thought he was going a little crazy adding so many outlets for me including in my center island, but I think I have already used everyone. These details really made the difference in our new kitchen. The end result really is beautiful, we are very happy with their work and professional attitude.

Jeff's response and follow up were immediate. The pricing was fair and the quality of the repair work was excellent, including a very thorough clean up. He treated my home as if it was his own, professional in every aspect of providing great service. I will definitely trust him again, should other service needs arise.

Outstanding experience! Jeff responded promptly and arrived at the property in a timely manner to review the problems we were having and provided a quote. He explained what he saw as necessary and suggested work versus work which we thought needed to be done. The quote was very reasonable. Jeff and Lou were very pleasant throughout and were more than willing to patiently take time to answer the home-owner's questions. They came out to do the work in exactly the time frame within which they said they would and worked diligently and carefully to finish the job. The work is of excellent quality, and we are extremely pleased. The window wells look outstanding! We would definitely call Jeff again.
