We were willing to have a 12-15k fence placed and contractor promised on more than three occasions to install fence. Contractor would not return phone calls or emails unless manager was contacted. For the past THREE years we have been promised a fence-we do not have one. We were willing to pay about 15k for front yard landscaping, but contractor never followed through. Terrible service, contracts signed-thank goodness we did not give a down payment for empty promises. Overall, we would have contracted 50k for landscaping but apparently this is not important to them. I would not recommend for any service-I think three years of poor service is enough.

We recently moved into a new home, and the backyard needed work. There were two major issues, an old and buckling patio along with a large "ditch" because of a storm drain, which was an eyesore. We sought three bids, and chose the plans of Jeff Hershberger (landscape architect) based upon the fact it was the nicest and fit our budget. While we wish it was a little less expensive, through the course of the project we realized we were paying for quality. Jeff worked hard to ensure his solution to the ditch worked out even after the city had some issues. The crew which actually did the work (lead by rob) was professional, patient, and worked extremely hard and finished the job on time. The one minor issue we found at the end of the project (some sprinkler heads needed to be readjusted) was quickly resolved after one phone call. Even their billing department was helpful when I had question

They had to pull up all of our bricks and relay the bricks. They reformatted it and extended and did some design on it. The experience was very positive. They were excellent and it was very collaborative in their design. They were always looking for input and feedback. The workers that they had come in were terrific. They always checked in with us and made sure everything was okay. Overall, it was a very easy experience. We were happy with their price and they did an excellent job.

All tasks that were requested were addressed at one time-overall work quality was excellent- Not the cheapest but the quality and responsiveness make using David Frank worth it

They are very efficient and timely. They really knew their products.

His workers were rude. The workers were loosening the flower beds for me. I asked them to finish the beds up and they told me they were done and that I could finish it myself. The price was exorbitant. I will say that the lawn did look beautiful though.

They are very reliable. They do just what they say they are going to do. They always show up on time. They do a very good job and they are very reasonably priced.

Jerry is a really great guy, he has always done good work for us. They are always there when they say they will be. Whenever we have a problem with anything in our yard they are happy to come out and take care of it.

The first year, they were excellent. The second year, they weren't as good. The third year, we were very displeased. The trimming was bad, and there were weeds everywhere.

While it took nearly two months to get the work done, it was worth it. The patio looks great. It is almost impossible to tell that the patio is concrete and not laid bricks. Excellent workmanship.

The people were very nice, but the work is still not done. At this point we will probably post-pone our patio until a later date.

Very slow job performing company, slow in responding to customer inquiries, doing average to low quality job and overpriced. Apparently, not carrying much about small size work/customers.

Alan Upstrom was our designer and he put together a great plan. No pressure to do everything at once and we staged the project out over a 9 month period. The work was done very well and the front of the house looks completely transformed.

WE SCHEDULED A DAY TO HAVE A SALESMAN COME OUT FOR A QUOTE ON OUR PROJECT, AND THEY WERE A "NO-SHOW". WE OPTED TO GO WITH ANOTHER SUPPLIER, WHO WAS MORE RELIABLE.

FABULOUS! JEFF VALENTIA WHO IS THEIR LEAD GUY IS TRULY A MASTER. THEY DID A TOP DRAWER JOB FROM START TO FINISH INCLUDING EVERY LITTLE DETAIL AND ALL THE NECESSITIES.

I HAVE CALLED SEVERAL TIMES OVER THE PAST TWO DAYS AND HAVE STILL RECEIVED NO RESPONSE.

I HAVE WORKED WITH THIS COMPANY MANY TIMES IN THE PAST. MY YARD, WHICH IS EXTENSIVELY LANDSCAPED, LOOKS LIKE A PARK WHEN THEY ARE FINISHED. THERE IS NO PRESSURE TO DO 'TOO MUCH WORK' THEY CHARGE BY THE HOURS OF WORK PERFORMED AND THE NUMBER OF MEN/WOMEN IT TAKES TO COMPLETE THE TASK. THEIR STAFF IS EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL! THEY ARE VERY POLITE AND WILL TALK TO YOU , BUT THEY NEVER STOP WORKING!!!!! THEY LOVE MY PETS AS WELL! THEY MAY BE A SLIGHT BIT PRICEY-HOWEVER THEY ARE WORTH EVERY PENNY--OUR LANDSCAPE LOOKS LIKE A PARK, IT MAKES ME HAPPY EVERY TIME I COME HOME!

EXTREMELY SATISFIED. DO WALK-AROUNDS, FOLLOW-UPS, AND ASK FOR EVALUATIONS. THEIR PERSONNEL ARE INTELLIGENT AND DO A GREAT JOB. THEY GET BACK TO YOU RIGHT AWAY AND TAKE PRIDE IN THEIR WORK. THEY ANSWER ALL YOUR QUESTIONS. VERY NICE. THEY GIVE YOU A FOLDER OUTLINING WHAT WILL BE DONE EACH WEEK AND MONTH. THE COST REPRESENTS 8 PAYMENTS OF $755.

WHILE YOUR LANDSCAPE PROJECT IS IN PROGRESS, COMMUNICATE WITH THE WORK CREW AT LEAST DAILY - IT HELPS MAKE SURE YOU GET EXACTLY WHAT YOU WERE EXPECTING!

THE COMPANYS RESPONSIVENESS HAS BEEN VERY POOR THROUGHOUT THIS WHOLE PROCESS. THE PLANTS THEY SOLD US HAVE NOT DONE WELL AND THE FINISHED PRODUCT WAS NOT WHAT WE ENVISIONED WHEN WE MET WITH THE DESIGNER. WE HAVE TRIED TO COMMUNICATE THIS TO THE COMPANY, BUT THEY HAVE NOT FOLLOWED UP ON THEIR PROMISES TO US.

HAVE MADE SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO HAVE AN ESTIMATE DONE. COMPANY DIDNT SHOW UP FOR APPOINTMENTS OR CALL BACK AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO REACH THEM.
