We're sorry to hear about your dogs, but please know that everything we use is EPA-approved and applied by licensed applicators. And while the person you spoke to in the office might not have know exactly what treatment was used, a lawn stake with a card listing all products and amounts used is left after each visit. Since your review was posted almost two and a half years after the incident, and your vet was not able to confirm that your dogs' reaction was related to the lawn treatment and not something else in your yard, home or neighborhood, we can only offer our assurance that the lawn treatment you requested meets or exceeds all industry standards and that safety is a priority in all we do. We hope that your family, including your pets, have since been able to enjoy your lawn again and can appreciate that, while allergic reactions are rare, they can happen with any one of the thousands of chemicals that we encounter in daily life.

Description of Work: We had a number of issues with them. They came out multiple times to fix the leak in the pond, which was eventually fixed. Many of the plants they put in had grass growing out of the middle and we lost quite a few. They came back to replace, however, the grass in the middle of the plantings was still there and we lost more plants this year. The patio is also settling in some spots as well.

Unfortunately, landscapes are living things, and while we were able to fix the pond, replace all plants still under warranty and even adjust your invoice, we can't control shifting in the ground under the patio or the occasional appearance of weeds and invasive grasses. I did not use them.
Description of Work: I asked them to quote seeding a lawn for a new home. It took them many weeks to get me the quote, and I had to call them a number of times to even get it. Then it was three times the other bids.
