Wow! Cusatis Construction exceeded our expectations for our new driveway. We never thought that a driveway could be beautiful, but it is. Our friends and neighbors say the same thing. Prompt, courteous, polite and totally professional, Cusatis receives our highest recommendation!

I've worked with Marcus on a couple of commercial jobs at my factory. He is a kind, fair business person. His team is skilled, efficient, tidy and polite.

I have used Custatis Construction Co for another concrete job and was so impressed that I hired them again to remove my old concrete driveway and replace it with a new one including building a retaining wall. Even with the variants in weather Marcus Custatis and his crew arrived on the day we scheduled months before. This was a three day project involving removing approximately 1800 sq ft of concrete, installing a compacted gravel base, rebar and finally 5" of low chert concrete. Near the end of day 2 I decided to add a retaining wall. This was no issue for Marcus. He obtained the needed materials and finished the wall as well as the last concrete pour on day three. The crew replaced all the grass originally dug out for placing the forms. The driveway looks great. Now I don't want anyone to use it! Marcus Cusatis and his crew were excellent.

Chris and Marcus Cusatis were great to work with. The crews were punctual and professional and we are very happy with the quality of their work. We would highly recommend them and have already to neighbors in our subdivision.

Marcus and his crew were very professional and went above and beyond expectations in their workmanship and efficiency. I enjoyed watching them work and truly appreciated the unplanned extra work they did without hesitation. I hired them on a personal recommendation and was not disappointed in the least and would certainly recommend them to anyone.

The entire project went very well and the crew worked very hard, it was a tough project many other contractors turned down, with much manual labor. The demolition of existing structures and all formwork placed on day one. The next day all concrete was poured, pre-finished, forms removed, final finishing done and site cleaned up. The project was completed in two days, very much to my satisfaction. Markus bid included extra dollars for a pump truck. It was decided to wheel barrel the concrete to to upper portion of the build rather than pump it. As a result much extra labor was req'd and a generous reduction was apply to my invoice.

Cusatis did a great job. They are very professional and Marcus often works alongside his crew. They demo'd the old porch and poured a new one. Ours was missing footings and they did those to the approval of the building inspector. They also added rebar to tie in the structure to our foundation so it won't tip again. This is our second project having already replaced our driveway with them.

They initiated contact and did not follow through. A complete waste of my time.

Marcus and his crew were awesome. Marcus spent a lot of time upfront on project design and consultation. Then he and his large crew showed up on time and completed the project in two days - faster than expected. This is our 3rd time using Cusastis construction and we will definitely use them again.

Marcus and his team did excellent work and operated like a well oiled machine. My children (3 and 5) were very impressed with all the work they did too and Marcus even assisted in getting their hand prints in a section of the new walk way. I intend to hire again for a project next spring!

The job went Very well, Marcus was very helpful and answered all questions. He went out of his way to meet and exceed all our expectations.

Cusatis was the lowest quote but spent the most time discussing my project when they came to quote. Their price was nearly half the middle prices quote I received and I was initially concerned but they did a wonderful job. Once I agreed to the job they gave me a start date and they started on that date. The crew had to do all the work by hand and they did a fabulous job. I get compliments all the time about the great job they did. I'd surely hire them again.

I couldn’t be happier with my concrete work. This was a new home project with a large concrete driveway, 2 stamped/colored patios, and a large stamped/colored front walkway. Marcus was great to work with. Very professional and knowledgeable with the design process. Crew was also professional and courteous. Stamped concrete is beautiful. Very high quality work. As someone who has had nonstop trouble with contractors throughout my building process, I am extremely pleased with my concrete work. Highest recommendation for Cusatis Construction.

Looks good overall however, after about six months it started cracking. The stamping was okay, but you can see the broom marks in the pattern. They must have dropped the mold at one point because there is a mar in the surface. When Mark came out he said I should 'get over it' and that I should get a hobby, not look at the patio. ???? He said concrete cracks and I shouldn't be surprised. I am embarrassed by the quality and think he should be too. Finally, the patio isn't even and there are at least two places where the water pools instead of running off. Marcus is a very hard working man and I think a combination of being in a hurry and the fact that it had rained very hard the two days between the removal of the old patio and pouring the new one, the base of gravel had been compromised and parts had eroded.

They did a fabulous job. Very prompt, professional, and skilled. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results.

Horrible nothing was done to contract the way we wanted driveway was not done to code they smashed the side of our garage with there heavy equipment broke sill and other structural boards and ruined 5 siding panels. When we tried to work with them on fixing all the problems they verbally attacked my wife and I and told us to bad I recommend nobody ever use these people for your concrete needs they are the worst contractors ever have to have all there improper work redone and damages they did to my property repaired

Received a quote from Mark Cusatis in Aug 2016. It was one of the best quotes we received, and the photos Mark showed us looked good. Due to timing, we decided to delay the project until summer of 2017. I tried emailing Mark back and was ignored. Called 3 times, and spoke with his wife Brigitte who never followed up with me. It sounds like there are some changes going on, and I would not recommend them. We ended up finding another vendor who did a great job, but the lack of response by Cusatis delayed our overall project.

Marcus (the son) was great to work with and made excellent suggestions. Crew very professional and Marcus worked along side with them. Company has Marcus the father and Marcus the son.

I called them twice and left a detailed message both times asking if they performed such work and to call back. I received no call back which was quite disappointing.

Cusatis Construction exceeded our expectations with our driveway. Due to problems with footings on our front stoop, Marcus branstormed some very creative and lovely options resulting in a curved front stoop. He also stamped the front stoop, walkway and edges of driveway. Several people walking past commented on the beauty of the final project! Marcus' provided a timeline, but then was able to start a few weeks earlier. He works efficiently with his team. Cusatis also poured our patio several years ago and did an excellent job. I highly recommend their company

I met with the contractor at my home on 6/14/17. He seemed more concerned with the physical obstacles to getting the job done than in quoting the job. I own an older home, and he was very critical of how it had been constructed - something over which I had no control. I was looking for a professional consultation as to how the job could be done - not his opinion on how wood siding should have been installed, etc. He told me he would not be able to do any work for me until the September time frame, but he promised a formal quote "in a few days". It has now been over 7 weeks with no quote and no follow up communication. Very disappointing.

I would love to give Cusatis Construction a five star rating for our patio project, unfortunately due to the surface easily scratching and their lack of response after three emails, I must rate them much lower. I even wrote a 5 star review, but didn't post it when we noticed the scratched surface after two weeks. They installed a new colored stamped concrete patio, which looks lovely. However, although we are extremely careful to pick up chairs, instead of sliding, pick up all lawn waste containers, keep tools off the patio, any contact with the patio leaves small scratches. So, no matter how lovely the patio looked upon completion, it will be totally scratched up within a few years, especially when we try to shovel it this winter. If a small plastic bucket or plastic capped chair leaves small scratches, what will a shovel do? As the team finished the coloring and stamping, it was raining. It also started raining as Marcus finished applying the protective sealer, so perhaps the surface didn’t cure correctly. I emailed him a few weeks after project completion, when we noticed scratching, asking if it would could be alleviated with another coat of sealer, but Custatis did not respond. Perhaps if we had been informed that the secondary color scratches off, we would have only chosen the primary color, not adding the rustic color as a secondary. On the positive side, Marcus and his team did an excellent , professional job on our patio, even spraying and finishing a few lannon stones for us. In addition, because we had family arriving, they moved our project up a few weeks, which was a huge bonus. Their customer service was excellent, until this problem occurred. We thought that our patio surface would last for many years, but it scratches easily, so it appears that something was wrong with their application. If they would have at least communicated with us, after three emails and offered to reseal the patio, i would have given them a 5 star rating and referred others to them, since they are a nice family run business.

He told me immediately they could not do the job because they would have to hand haul the concrete in wheel barrows and it would be too expensive. It's a small job but it appears they just didn't want to bother. I will take his advice and call a landscape company and have them do it. I was not impressed with his attitude from the start.
