The sales person was not helpful and treated my wife with disrespect when she asked the same question I did later in our time together. He was tired complained a lot and was rude. I would never use this company their staff does not like questions and does not live up to how they say they treat customers.

It was fine. Just one of the guys refused to wear masks, while the other two did. I called the company and told them. They made him work outside. But they did a great job.

After comparing a few different window companies and types of windows we decided to use All American Window & Door Co to replace a large complex custom window. They helped us review the different options we had and we agreed on a new design. They clearly explained the process and the timeline. They were extremely knowledgeable and took extra efforts to make sure the installation was done correctly and prevent leakage issues like we had with the old windows. They worked with us to make sure we were happy and very responsive to any concerns that we had. The crews that came out to our house were very were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional and actual company employees and not sub-contractors. They cleaned up after themselves and were very personable. When we found a manufacturing defect in one of the windows they were prompt to address it and the manufacturer provided a replacement. We were so happy with them we had them replace some additional casement windows in our basement as well. We are planning to use them again when we build a new house and we would highly recommend using them.

BOTH WINDOWS WERE REPLACED. REPLACING ONLY ONE WOULD NOT BE CORRECT. OPTIONS WERE DISCUSSED AND A 2 UNIT WAS INSTALLED. THE WINDOWS WERE ORDERED FROM THEIR SUPPLIER AND INSTALLED BY ALL AMERICAN'S OWN SUPPLIERS. WORKMANSHIP WAS EXCELLANT AND APEARANCE FROM OUTSIDE AND INSISIDE WAS PERFECTION. DID NOT SHOP AROUND FOR OTHER PRICES AS QUOTED PRICE SEEMED OK TO ME AND I WAS IMPRESSSED BY THEIR COORDINATION.

They were great, cleaned up very well. Happy with product, but wishes they would have explained in more detail the different benefits between double- and triple-pane glass.

Great experience! We had some questions after using our new windows for about a week. Their service department scheduled an appt. at our convenience and addressed all our function questions. Furthermore they checked the other windows to be sure we were satisfied.

The product is horrible quality. It was in winter. We had installers outsourced by All American to come out to our house in the morning and were told they were finishing the day off because they lived too far away. So they started a bit later than I would have thought they should have if they wanted to leave day off. They stayed all day and had to put a spotlight on the work when it got dark. They were rushed and didn't even caulk the bottom of our windows. We called and they company came to caulk. After the fact, reviewing the job they did they put CLEAR caulking on the bottom when the rest all around had dark brown, so they had to redo the caulking by just going over the top of the clear. Just a shooty job all around. Then it gets cold and we start to see ice forming all along where the windows were locking. I could even feel air coming through! We called and they came out to the house to adjust them. Still nothing worked. They came again and said it was normal and it's because of the air circulation. Wrong. I feel air coming through and it is not even seal because they were all put in in a rush and not fitted properly. Junk service. Junk windows. I even took pictures every year to prove the ice build up. Our old windows were better quality even if a few didn't even stay up, and we lost too much viewing space as a result which I guess is typical with replacement windows.

This company was recommended to us by a relative an we were able to inspect the work which was done to satisfaction. They were happy with the service. Our initial sales call with Ben went well. We gathered a number of other quotes and decided on All-American. However, when it came time for our appointment to order the door Ben showed up early in the middle of dinner and was very rude about it. He said "Oh well, you don't need to eat dinner anyways" and implied that if we didn't take his visit at that time we would have to reschedule. The price also came out to $500 more than we were initially quoted even though we did not make any substantial changes in the door that we chose. It seems that the initial quote must have been in error. The door installation seemed to go well. However, upon closer inspection we discovered a number of issues. First, they put up white trim with finishing nails but did not caulk or paint the holes. So, we had to do that ourselves. Second, they left raw unfinished wood on a surface inside our home near a surface that might get wet when people step over the threshold. We had to call them back to have them finish that piece, but it was still not cut straight and so is a cosmetic (but no longer functional) issue. They also were very sloppy with the (white) caulk they used on the metal threshold. They should have used clear caulk and been much more careful not to slop it on the metal. My husband is going to have to try to fix that come spring. Finally, there was an imperfection in the painted surface of the door itself. I understand that it came from the manufacturer that way (and they did come out and fix it eventually) but All American should have inspected the door and fixed it (or sent it back to the manufacturer) before they even installed it. If they had handled the situation better it might have helped. However, I felt like they did the absolute bare minimum to fix the issues after we filed a formal complaint with their customer service department. There were no follow-up phone calls after the remediation was done, to make sure we were satisfied. Overall, I cannot recommend All-American to anyone based on the experience we had.

Guys were great from estimator (who loves shooting the breeze) to installers (one of which served on the same ship as me). There were two small issues that got immediate attention from the company. Didn't want to write this review until I experienced some varying weather. I did and I couldn't be more happy!

Benjamin Lodwick the sales manager did a great job explaining the options that I had in replacing my current windows. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase during his presentation. When Benjamin was at my home he noticed that my patio door window had a "seal failure". My older patio doors were replaced by All American Window and Door Co. in 2005. I didn't even realize that the patio door was still under warranty. My door was repaired at no charge (the service charge was dropped) since technicians were scheduled to install the windows. From start to finish All American did a great job. The installation went smoothly and the technicians took their time, explained how to care for the windows, and left a clean job site.

Great people to work with and great windows I type to slow to do a long review

It went poorly. the installation was fine but there was a defect with the windows. It took hours on the phone with them as well as their supplier until they acknowledged that there was a problem. they had extremely have very poor customer service. In fact they called my wife a liar at one point. when we finally got someone to come out and look at it, they immediately identified the problem and fixed it.

Horrible! Absolutely unprofessionally horrible. I originally called the office in the morning and had to leave a message for someone to contact me about getting a window quote. By the end of the day, they were the only company who hadn't called back so I place another call to set an appointment. The girl advised she didn't get the message but set something up anyway for the following week. The next week I received a sales call from someone who was not aware an appointment was set so they apologized and confirmed my appointment. No less than an hour later, I received a phone call from yet another person to confirm my appointment. Due to the lack of organization on a sales call (not even a service call), I cancelled our appointment because they were already at too much of a disadvantage to compete professionally with the other big 12 companies we received quotes from. Ben then called me numerous times and even sent a LONG unprofessional text message to my cell phone, which I have saved to this day. I finally did answer his call after recognizing his number and also recorded this call for reference. He called me and then proceeded to attempt to pressure me into inviting him over to give a quote. After I told him we had the companies narrowed down and would likely select from one of them, he inquired as to who we were looking at. I told him the names of three companies, rated rather highly on Angie's List and he proceeded to cut them down along with our knowledge of windows. I found that most apallingly unprofessional and advised him that he called me and unless he had something professional to say, I was going to hang up on him. I didn't have to - he hung up on me! That was the most HORRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL behavior I have EVER experienced from ANY salesman, hence the reason I have saved all the messages. It makes for great conversation now.

We have used All American Window and Door in the past for windows. We need another new window and have decided to use this provider again. Len is a wonderful, personable salesman and has always been very respectful. He is the main reason we have used All American more than once. Last time we had a window installed, everything went smoothly and the finished product was exactly as we expected.

The installation team came out at their scheduled time and removed and installed each window, one at a time. This minimized the time the wall was open to the outside. They were very professional and explained what they would be doing and did not mind being watched and answering questions. They were very careful to keep the dust/debris to a minimum and did an excellent job in picking up after the work was completed. The job took a little less time then originally estimated due to the construction of the original windows which were being removed. One of the windows had cosmetic damage, noticed during the job completion walk-through. A replacement sash was ordered by the installer and the window sash was replaced with no issue. Overall a pleasant experience for a multi-day home improvement project. The end result looks great from both the inside of the house and outside.

I like the personality of the people who work with us.

Work done quickly, and neatly. Friendly and informative crew. Everyone I spoke with in the whole process was professional and courteous. Very pleased with the quality and appearance of our new door. I am sure that it will perform much better than the old door.

5/20/13 the salesman came to house, spent an hour discussing install of a new large bay window and a new door. I requested the verbal estimate be provided in a contract and the salesperson said he would send. I visited the showroom to pick up a wood sample and to view the product and was confident their product would be a great addition to the house. I had not received the contract so I called the sales person again around 5/31 to request the contract and to let him know that I would not be pursuing the door at this time so was just waiting on the window details. He was out of state but would be back the following monday and would deliver the contract outlining all the specifics we had discussed. Two weeks later and still no contract and I am having to start all over with contacting additional window companies to set up estimates - throwing me back at least 4 weeks from when I had anticipated potential install.

The original quote had to be modified due to a sizing issue that forced them to use custom manufactured side lights for the front entry door which increased the cost. Work was scheduled and completed as scheduled. No rework or modifications have been needed in the 6 weeks after installation. Excellent job overall.

They were 1/2 hr late. But called, said they would install windows today. Said the heat was slowing them down.

We took the gutters part because we have had another estimate and this one was better, but the window, we thought the window pricing was high at first we were going to do it, but the more we talked about it until now we have had another estimate coming from anybody else, we cancelled the window part. The price on the gutters was fine, but the window price was high. We will see how this turns out and the prices on the windows. I would maybe use them again in the future.

Ben came and discussed the windows with us. No elaborate sales pitch, and we told him ahead of time we didn't want that. He provided several suggestions, things we hadn't considered, all good. We went through the process, he came and measured, prepared the quote. It was higher than some of the others, but we discovered after the fact that we were not necessarily comparing apples to apples. Within a week, a gentleman showed up to do the final measure. Windows ordered and 7 weeks later they were all in. Very pleased with the whole job.

arrivied on time and go right to work taking out old door and discovered other wood was eaten away by carpenter ants. Informed me about it and gave me my options and fixed the problem and continued on to finish the job to perfection. I love the door and am very happy with the job they did and would recommend them to any one.

They were so kind. I had no clue what brand of window I had. The lady over the phone walked me through how to find the brand knowing I would not be able to use them. They even found a company to repair the windows for me. They were so nice over the phone.
