Don did an excellent job with my project. He was very knowledgeable and thorough with the job. I decided to install a reverse osmosis filter while having the counters replaced. Don suggested installing them in the basement since I had available space directly below the kitchen. That saved me ALL the space under my kitchen sink. He also took the time to explain to me different things he was doing as he completed the job. I really appreciate when the tradesmen do that, because it helps me to learn for future reference.

The whole experience was very good. He showed up on time and gave a fair estimate and a good timeline for the job completion. The job was complex so required multiple visits but he kept us informed and completed the work very professionally.

Don was very nice and efficient. He gave advice on how to clear the drain myself and how to prevent the clog in the first place. I would recommend his services to others and will use his company again if I need a plumber.

Two hours ago we noticed water dripping in from a sealed pipe in the basement. We called Don as he offers 24 hour service. Instead of charging us emergency charges to come over and diagnose, he helped us over the phone. It turns out we had a sticky valve on the sump pump pipe. Once cleared the sump worked, water went away, all way well and no cost!!!!!! This is our first Angie list experience and wow what a great one. We will use Don the net time. Great ending to frustrating problem.

He found nothing wrong. Thought it might have some thing to do with the fact that they were digging in the area along the street. Offered to come back at no cost if the problem occurred again. Very nice man would have him again.

Our toilet was leaking around the base. We'd already replaced the wax ring once ourselves, and decided to have a professional take care of it this time. Don was very prompt in returning my phone call, and was able to schedule an appointment the next day. He replaced the ring and the mounting hardware on the toilet, which solved the leaking.

He answered all of my questions, was easy to talk with and left me feeling very confident in the work he was doing. I will call him again the next time I need a plumber.

He walked me through each step, explained what needed to be done and offered options. I was quite pleased with his work. On a previous visit he installed a hot water heater for me - for several hundreds of dollars cheaper than someone else had estimated. He will be coming back in a few days to install a bathrooms sink... I needed a number of things done... I'm glad to positively recommend Advanced Plumbing.

On short notice, I was able to contact the plumber in the morning and schedule to meet him at our home in the afternoon. Despite rainy weather, plumber arrived on time and was able to complete the work, both inside and outside the house (during rain storm). Plumber immediately recognized the problems and advised me on what needed to be done. He was able to overcome poor workmanship by original plumbers and fix the problems in a reasonable amount of time. No charge for travel time. Nice work. He worked us into his busy schedule and attempted to accommodate our own schedule. He was on time. Only did the work that needed to be done. was professional and warned about not having to do some jobs other plumbers may suggest. He also gave info on a non-plumbing job, what would be required and who might do it RIGHT
