Very professional and very good job

Came out right away when nobody else would. I had no heat and they fixed the problem in 15 minutes,. The tech was fast, friendly and efficient!

My furnace went down at 6.PM Saturday on the weekend after Thanksgiving. Jeremy, the technician, was on site within 90 minutes. Installation was completed Sunday morning by 10:30 AM. Responsive, professional, efficient and TIMELY. I'm particularly grateful for their excellent work when it's only 21 degrees outside!

Our furnace just stopped working on a Saturday. Thermatek was one of the companies that we reached out to for help. They contacted us quickly and said they could be to our house in a few hours. Their company rep. (Jeremy) arrived right on schedule. Jeremy was a delight to work with. He was cordial, professional and diagnosed the problem quickly. Unfortunately, our 28-year-old furnace had succumbed to several major problems. He used a camera to show me the cracks in the heat exchanger. He did an excellent job explaining our options. I felt no overt sales pressure and was very comfortable with his responses and plan. The next morning, (Sunday) he and Trent arrived to install our new furnace- right at their scheduled time! They did a wonderful job, cleaned up everything and continued to answer ALL of our questions. He even agreed to take a look at a wall unit heater, in the basement and showed me how unsafe it was to operate. Again, in language I could completely understand!

He found the problem and he fixed it and we are just fine now, yes I would recommend him to anyone. Thanks for your service we appreciates you.

Jeremy was great. Quick response in an emergency situation.- sub-zero weather where a rental apartment needed new furnace. Very professional and courteous. Explained in detail all questions asked. Good quality work. Left the job site clean when finished. I will use them again.

I was extremely grateful that they had a technician scheduled for other stops in my area the day I reached out on Angi, and that they were able to fit me in that day to repair my broken central air conditioning. Everyone in our house is very glad to no longer be sweltering in the heat.
