Great they were on time and very professional and completed job in a timely manner

No heat in rental. They were there within hours. Found the problem and fixed. Paid over phone. All set.

Our furnace quit in the evening. The next morning I found Therma Tek through HomeAdvisor. They called back immediately and gave me a 2 hour window. The service man arrived within that time frame, made the repair, and we had heat when he left. I can recommend this company without hesitation

The service was very efficient. Tech asked me to coordinate neighbors who would like AC inspection. I did so. Called and texted numerous times. I then called ThermaTek directly. No response. Looking for an alternate company to inspect AC now!

Jeremy was extremely professional, clean and responsive. His pricing was very reasonable, and was not inflated just because my furnace decided Friday midnight or early Saturday was best time to act up. His work and customer service was above 5 stars!

i had new furnace put in by them, there was a small gas leak from the shut off valve in the furnace, even though it was 3 weeks after one year warranty, they were very prompt in replacing the part, and did not charge for the part and service, i find this quality rare now a days.

Outstanding customer service. Called them the other night when our furnace went out & our usual company left without fixing it & would not come back. Jeremy was at our house within an hour & suggested a new unit rather than throwing more money into the old one. Was back the next morning earlier than promised & within 90 minutes our house was warm again. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly & great to work with. Would highly recommend. We will be using them from now on.
