We're here on time, were polite and professional. Had a leak in the AC system, they applied the fix, recharged. I feel that I was given a reasonable price. They quoted a new system for down the road.

"The project was ok, was asked for a tone-up on the furnace, but only got a cleaning, was told there was gas leaks didn't fix the leaks said that I needed a new furnace, but my furnace was working just fine. I call WE here in Milwaukee they can out and fix the leaks. WE ask me while they didn't fix it since that what I hired them to come out and fix anything that was wrong with the furnace instead they try to sell me a new furnace. I did get the leaks fix by We Electric Company. I 'm a female so I was expecting to be taking advance of.

Furnace wasn't working. They were able to come out the same day that I called. They also had the part on the truck and were able to fix immediately. Cost was a bit higher than the competition but their competitor did not have the part.

No heat in rental. They were there within hours. Found the problem and fixed. Paid over phone. All set.

Our furnace quit in the evening. The next morning I found Therma Tek through HomeAdvisor. They called back immediately and gave me a 2 hour window. The service man arrived within that time frame, made the repair, and we had heat when he left. I can recommend this company without hesitation
