Jeremy contacted me immediately after I submitted a request for an air conditioner service provider. It was on a weekend, and he made was available. He scheduled me at time that suited my schedule, arrived promptly and explained everything. I will be calling Jeremy for any and all furnace and air conditioning (HVAC) issues for my home. Jeremy came right away and quickly assessed the situation and clearly explained the options. I was hoping to get away with a repair but the entire A/C (and likely furnace) will have to be replaced. He did not upsell and was straight-forward throughout.
