IT WAS A STRANGE SITUATION, I HAD JUST PICKED UP MY MOM FROM HER HOUSE WHERE THERMA TEK WAS DOING THE WORK. NO ADULT OVER 18 WAS HOME, BUT MY NEICE CAME BACK SO HE COULD DO THE WORK. Jeremy and Joe arrived promptly, actually ahead of time which was great. They inspected both our primary furnace, humidifier, as well as our garage furnace. Made great suggestions on how to better remedy the issues with the humidifier (broken) and have a better outcome by replacing with better technology, than buying parts for the older humidifier.
