Our furnace broke on a Saturday morning. Jeremy called us back almost immediately, and was here within an hour. He was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and polite.

ThermaTek did a great job replacing the blower fan and burner rod in my furnace. There was a slight delay in getting the correct blower fan but it was only one extra day. Great service and a massive improvement in the performance of my furnace. Would definitely use them again.

These guys were FAST, knowledgeable, informative and timely!! They fit me in same day as it was 55° in my home. They diagnosed and gave me options. Because my furnace was 25+ years old, I opted to replace it. They installed it the very next day first thing in the morning in under 3 hours. Thank you Jeremy!!!!

ThermaTek was great to work with. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. They were professional every step of the way, from my first contact with them by phone throughout the completion of the job. My furnace needed a part that was no longer in production but the technician Jeremy didnâ t let that stop him. He used his expertise to find a similar part that worked just like the original part that was no longer in production. He saved me a lot of money because if the part didnâ t work I wouldâ ve needed to replace the entire furnace. Thanks Jeremy! I highly recommend ThermaTek for anyone in need of heating services.

Jeremy called prior to his arrival. He showed care for my house (wore boot coverings upon entering), was prompt in determining the problem, and quickly resolved my issue. Very straight forward and no attempts to up charge or alter the quote discussed when I made my appointment. Iâ m definitely keeping their number.

The only reason I don't think it was a good deal is the cost of the R22 freon per pound which was most of the bill so you know basically they gave me an estimate and they met that estimate so I think that's great thank you

Did not show after multiple conversations about the job. Waited 3 hours for them. Now I need to find someone to fix our AC ? which has been out for 3 hot days!

Came fast to evaluate the issue and had replacement AC in stock Probably not the lowest price around but fair enough and you won't find a quicker response

Fast Response to query, responded within minutes (on a Saturday night). Overall very good communication, Came out on a Sunday to ckeck / repair the old unit and explained issues and options. Back on Monday to install a new unit. Prices were competitive. On time for appointments, Very professional. Work was completed as promised and the work area was cleaned afterward. Overall they did a great job and would use them again for heating/AC work
