Did a good job cleaning furnace

came late for appointment, but stated he called. I checked phone and there was a call, but no company name, or any other name. Due to numerous spam calls, I no longer answer phone without a company name or other name. I had to change my appointment due to time he showed up. He did clean furnace and checked around than advised I may need a new furnace soon. Also worked fast. I was just wondering why filter was never checked or replaced, as other companies had done for me. He was pleasant enough, but only reason for 4.5 on service was I wish the company had called, or given him a phone with company name. I would recommend for work performed

I highly recommend ThermaTek. The price was much lower than the other bids I got. They offered me options to fit my budget. They did high quality work. Pleasant personalities. They were willing to repair my furnace but it was 25 years old and had its day. I'm very pleased with my new furnace and thermostat.

They were able to attend to my air conditioning emergency within 24 hours of me calling which is great, but the service call was a bit high I thought. The technician, I think his name is Jeremy was very polite and seemed very knowledgeable.

Called at 7am on July 5th and they were here by 5pm even though they were short staffed 2 people. Whole problem fixed in 15 min! My central air kept freezing over and it turns out we needed more freon and a leak sealant. Diagnosed and repaired on the spot total $409

Came out earlier than they indicated they would. Found the issue and resolved I wasn t home so I m not sure if they quoted cost with my wife but that was the only issue as I thought the price was a little high.

I received a prompt response to my request for srvice. Jeremy arrived at the appointed time, assessed the problem, gave me a quote and an estimated time of completion, and finished within that timframe. He was courteous, likeable, knowledgable, and efficient. And the charge for repairing my AC was fair. My brother was impressed, told me to keep ThermaTek's number, he'd call them when he needs repairs to his furnace or AC.

Jeremy is extremely professional, skilled and personable from the time i talked to him on the phone to the time he completed my service call. He was honest and upfront with the issue i was having with my air conditioner. i will definitely call Jeremy with any problems in the future in addition to highly recommending him to my family and friends.
