They were not able to resolve my issue that day and then were not able to locate the part needed to allow furnace to work again. I must be fair and state that my furnace is over 30 years old.

The technician Jeremy charge me 839 dollars for a circuit board that cost less than 200 dollars. That was ridiculous. I called him that that is what he charges on all his customers and I do not have the right to tell him what to charge and that my one bad review is not gonna hurt his business. Maybe. The service man was professional, as well as efficient. Diagnosed the problem and completed the repair within 2.5 hours. This included leaving to pick up the part, returning and installation.

I sent a quote request on Friday night, they contacted right away and came out for estimation on Saturday morning. We looked at furnaces issues, menu with prices upfront. Once I agreed, the technician went out to pick up replacements part and came back in two hours and fixed it right away. I paid with credit card and got a receipt with 1 year work guaranteed, plus some discount and for no trip charge I remembered because I made the decision on the same day. Their price and rate are reasonable and service is very professional. I would recommend to anyone and work with them again.

The technician let me know that he was stuck in traffic during my scheduled appointment. He called me and let me know the issue and his new time frame. He arrived a little after the new window, but did good work within a reasonable time window.
