Serviceman came after hours within couple hours of my call (no extra after hours charge) Unfortunately had to order part but was replaced Mon. a.m. after weekend when part was available. (At least no frigid temps) Excellent service and did not feel overcharged.

This company, I personally highly recommend. I will most definitely be using them every year for tune-ups and any other heating issues I will ever have in the future thank you Jeremy for following through and getting the job done.

I really appreciated their timely response. And that PPE was used during the repair appointment. I got an appointment and serviced within a few hrs on same day of initial call. My furnace had stopped working overnight; leaving my home cool ... Thankfully, we didn't need to replace the furnace. There was a cord/ line that needed replacement, along with the thermostat.

Angieâ s lists is the place I go to first. I contact Therma Tek this morning I were able to get and appointment the same day, later in the evening I like the experience of their service and is very pleased with the work, it didnâ t take long for them to clean my furnace.

Thermo Tec did a great job at our house. We needed to replace our furnace, so we went ahead and replaced our air conditioner also.. they gave us a good price. The work men were on time and did a great job. We would definitely hire them again!

Jeremy came to the house and had the proper gear for the job and Covid Safety. He introduced himself and said he was here for my furnace job. I did not feel that he was very nice in customer service with answering my questions and he was rude to his co-worker. He knows what he is doing as far as the service but his customer service skills could use a bit of an adjustment.

Not sure about the value, but It's hot, and glad Jeremy got it working immediately.

The tech arrived when expected, checked the thermostat first then went to the furnace. Determined it was the main board and he had one in his truck. He installed it and I had cooling. He was courteous and very professional. I was not happy about the price of the board but it was necessary. I was very happy with the service and will definately contact ThermaTek again when I need my furnace or air conditioner repaired.

I had this company come out to repair a leak in my A/C line. I set up a time for this company to come out between 3 and 5 pm. It ended up being at 10pm. I had to call several times to find out what time they were coming. When they showed up and checked why my A/C wasn?t working the tech had told me I was 3lbs low on Freon. I said to him where I thought the leak was and his response was he would put some product called leak seal in the system. So it should seal the leak. Never did a leak check because it was 10pm and all he wanted to do was satisfy me and get home. Needless to say one month later and the furnace is freezing up because all the Freon they put in has leaked out again. I called the company 3 times and no one answered. I finally get a call back from a tech the next day and he tells me I would probably have to replace the whole system. I said to him it was just a leak and would like to have one of the connections on the suction line repaired. Since he never did a leak check, I asked him to charge me for the repair but I didn?t think it was fair to charge me for the Freon since he never did the leak check. Remember...it was 10 pm and he just wanted to get home. It ended up in a heated argument and I told him I would just hire someone else. After talking to other techs that told me that leak seal is a BS way for a quick fix. So for 15 minutes of his time and 400$ later I?m at square one and no A/C. Would never recommend this company.

Just ask exact price before having work done. We would have had a new air conditioner one third paid, for what we paid for just repair.

Added too much refrigerant to my outdoor unit. Very high quote on replacing the old unit. Found someone that did the same job for 2/3rds of what I was quoted from thermatek.
