Description of Work: Best Heating and Air Conditioning around. I had 6 local estimates. Every one of them told me I needed new boiler at the tune of 4-6thousans. Sunset came out, FIXED the problem foe a few hundred. HONEST DEPENDABLE

+ -1 moreFirst of all I would like to congratulate this Sunset Mechanical on providing a discount to folks who schedule service on the same block on the same day...Called and quot;Green block partyand quot;. Such a unique and beneficial idea to both the customer and environment. The appointment setter was very nice and accommodating to my schedule and even happily changed my appointment time at the last minute for me. He (Gary) was on time, thorough, professional AND friendly. All you could ask for in a service tech. I am very satisfied with Sunset Mechanical and will call them every time for furnace or A/C maintenance or issues.

+ -1 moreGreg is the owner of the company. He was very nice and pleasant to deal with. I found his prices to be reasonable and offers a group rate if he can come out and service a group of neighbors at one time. He also believes in prevention and will not charge extra for emergency calls if you are a regular customer of his. His usual price for maintaining the a/c and furnace is about $65(group rate)but because our blower had not been cleaned since the house was built 6 years ago, he charged us the extra $100 for the cleaning.
Description of Work: Greg came and did routine maintenance on our furnace to prepare for the winter and he also cleaned the blower.
