Absolute Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning

I have had them come twice a year. The price has been static for several years. I have been using them since 2013 and they do excellent work. I will use them again. They come at my request.

They have a sheet that they sign when they are here. They do a very good job. These 2 gentle worked for this company that went out of business. All I do is call them and all I need is a week or 10 days to get us in the schedule. They do a very thorough job when they come and they do a minimum of an hour. I watch them and they do not mind. They had a promotion deal and allowed me to buy in advance for a set price. It is this year that I am not in the plan but their price remained the same. The work is routine and they have never changed their price. I am a firm believer in you pay us now or you pay much more later. I will use them again.

I woke up to a cold house on a Tuesday morning. Called a local company to come look at my furnace and it was determined to be leaking Carbon Monoxide and had a bad heat exchanger. I had them give me a quote and, thanks to my friends and family, I decided to get a couple more quotes. Schneider was great about coming out to my house and quoting me within a couple hours of when I called, I was leaning towards using them when my best friend suggested I call her neighbor, who is part owner of Absolute Comfort. Josh and Jacob both came over, gave me a good estimate on a better furnace than anyone else had, and went right to work the next morning. They were both knowledgeable and courteous. Not only that, but they were the ONLY company to mention rebates for putting in a higher efficiency furnace. I support my household on a single income, so putting a furnace in was a frightening amount of money, and I had recently found out my longtime job was being moved to the other side of the state. By the time I got home from work Wednesday evening they were completely finished and my basement looked better than it did before they started:) They also came to my house on a weekend so I could pay them (3 days after they installed the furnace) then picked up and took care of the rebate paperwork. They gave me the absolute BEST service I have ever received!
