Paul's people where fast, polite, & on budget. The project was done in 3 days. Will be calling them again.

I almost never give five-star ratings, especially after such a short time since the work was done (they finished yesterday). Paul and his crew were on time, on budget, courteous and did their work expeditiously. We will be calling them back for another project in the future and have already recommended him to a friend.

Very poor communicator. Didn't want to give us quote in writing. Finally, he jotted some things down and sent it to us. We were ready to hire him the week after. There was a misunderstanding on his part as to the date. He then said he received "accepted quotes" from other customers and would be doing that first. This is January 13th. Then he tells us maybe the last week in February. I text him to confirm. He says "Work just keeps coming. Possibly next week, will know Saturday. If not will have to wait til at the earliest March 10th. I'm finally taking a much overdue vacation". I respond that while I'm glad he's getting work, what are we? His response: "I'm sorry but my general contractor that gives me work year round have to come first". I'm disgusted. We wasted quite a lot of time waiting for nothing!

He priced the same job 4 times higher than what we hired outside of Home Adviser. He obviously did not want the job.
