Description of Work: Our home and/or air conditioner was struck by lightning. JC answered the call on a Saturday and worked hard to get someone out there within 24hrs. I was impressed with the service due to being a rare nice summer weekend day in Wisconsin and other people we had called were "not available". The rest of the electrical was evaluated and deemed safe to use on the first visit. About a week later we had all new functioning air and heat (not needed, but done)and duct work. Extremely confident with the service and advice given to us. I never felt like I was imposing. Very impressed and appreciated.

+ -1 moreWe called with problem, he came the same day, diagnosed and fixed with courtesy and professionalism. Sent a bill in a couple of weeks. First experience. Second experience with need for additional electrical was not positive. Calls were not returned, excuses made for lack of response.
Description of Work: Serviceman reviewed the work needed, indicated strong interest in doing the job, promised an estimate and call back. We were prepared to hire on the spot because previous experience was so positive. Calls were not returned and there was no follow-up.
