Remi's Tree Service LLC

A large branch had fallen against our house during a storm that was too big for us to remove. I called and left a message with Remi's Tree Service regarding the issue. Brett called back that same night and was able to come over the next morning to give us an estimate. I was extremely pleased with the fast response time! Brett gave me three different estimates regarding the oak tree that the branch had fallen from and fully explained the details of each estimate. We definitely decided to go with Remi's for the service. Brett always kept me informed when they would be coming - I am completely happy with their customer service. Now the tree is taken care of and I don't have to worry about more branches falling on the house! Plus - they cleaned up all the debris amazingly well considering there is snow everywhere. Since I have more oak trees left to be trimmed I will be calling them again in the future and would highly recommend their service.

Shelly did an estimate a few weeks before the job. Brett and his team did an excellent job of removing the tree, trimming 2 trees & stump grading. They cleaned up as if they were never here. We were very thankful for all the help that Brett provided us removing our tree. It was later at night in 2012 when we received an ice storm that split our big tree in the back. I was so fearful that it would fall onto our house or our neighbors house. Brett came right over which was around supper time and stabilized our tree until he could come back in the morning. which meant a lot since he was taking time away from his family to come help my family. He is the old traditional tree climber to remove our limbs and take down our tree which was neat to watch. His crew did a great job cleaning up along with coming back to grind out stump. I would hands down, HIGHLY recommend Remi's tree service. We are very grateful that he came to help.

I e-mailed Brett for an initial quote to limb a large oak tree in our ravine that was hanging over our house and deck, he responded the same day asking when he could come to our house and look at the tree. We scheduled the following week. He showed up on time, looked at the tree and gave us a couple of quotes to completely remove the tree, limb the tree, and to removed the tree and limb other trees around it. My wife and I decided to have the entire tree removed, we scheduled a day. Brett and his crew showed up on time and were very professional. They got right to work, limbing the tree piece by piece until there was only a stump left. It only took them a few hours and afterwards you could not tell they had done anything, aside from the new sun our deck gets. They cleaned up all the saw dust and debris. My wife was very impressed with their professionalism and work ethic. Great job guys!

Hired Remi's to trim and thin out our 3 large maple trees. Shelly met with with us to go over what we wanted done and gave us an estimate. Once we decided to go ahead we were told it would be about two weeks until they could get to our trees. A couple days later Brett called, said they were going to be in our area and could do the job right away. Quite a nice surprise. Brett and his crew did the work while both of us were at work. They did a nice job and everything was cleaned up beautifully when they were finished. I thought one tree needed a bit more trimming in one spot and Brett came back to take care of it in a timely manner. This was our first time using a tree service and we very happy with the service Remi's provided. We would gladly use them again in the future.

Shelley Walzer came and gave me an estimate. She was very easy to ask questions. She also gave brochures one the company and their insurances. On the day of the service, Brett Walzer came with at least 5 people. They worked on the trees in front and in back at the same time . Very professional. Brett was very knowledgeable about the trees. He helped us save 6 ash trees that were mixed in with the buckthorns. We would not hesitate to call them in the future.

Brett was punctual with coming for estimate and then to perform work. He and his workers were polite and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend him!

I will use them again when time arises, they were very concern on how I felt on how they were doing and making sure it was the the way I wanted, and that I was satisfied 100%. I was .They did outstanding job in the clean up process. By watching Brett & Shelly crew they are professionals, When you watch Brett enter act with his crew you can see the respect they have for him and they know what his talking about. Great Done no mess left behind, very happy with results

Everything went as planned. I walked Brett (owner) around the house and indicated what I wanted done and he had several ideas which I agreed with. About 2.5 hours later all was done. I accompanied Brett on a final inspection of the work and agreed all looked very good. His crew had chipped and removed all the trimmed limbs and debris. One of the main reasons I had contacted Remi's was because with their previous service (removing a tree and trimming 1 evergreen tree) they did an excellent job of cleaning up (didn't look like anyone had even been there). The same was true with their most recent service. Everything looked nicely trimmed and no debris anywhere. Again very satisfied and recommended them to a friend who also used their service and was very happy with the outcome.

Brett arrived on time for the estimate. Provided estimate and advised me that I could probably find someone closer to me to grind the stump cheaper, however the estimate in total was the lowest of those I received. Outlined the expected timeline - tree removal and stump grinding were done separately. I called and asked to be put on the list. They called to confirm they received my request, and called again closer to the day they were planning to come. Returned later to grind the stump. After I removed the stump grindings it was apparent that part of the stump was missed - it was large and there was a big pile of grindings. I called and Brett came back no problem, to take two more passes at it. Overall very satisfied and would not hesitate to choose them again.

Could not be more pleased with both the professional and punctuality of Brett and his crew.

They were very responsive to our desires, even leaving the sound parts of the tree to grow back over the years rather than cutting it all the way to the ground. We asked them to leave the larger pieces of wood because we have a friend who heats his home with wood and he would get them. Very easy to work with.

Excellent work. 5 man crew spent half a day on this work. Total clean up using chipper and rakes. No heavy equipment on the lawn. A week later after a windstorm, a number of dead branches and some live growth with cut ends indicated that they might have missed a few places that did not fall to the ground at the time of the service. One call to Bret. Ttwo men returned the day I called to gather this material. No questions asked and no upcharge. I was present during the enter job and they were always willing to please. Very personable crew. Very focused. No standing around. Worked through the lunch hour. Four other bids were in this ballpark and lower, but I'm pleased that I decided on Remi's.

They called before coming. I did not have to be present (they had already reviewed what needed to be done and had given me an estimate a week earlier). I was unable to be present when they did the work. It took them less than 2 hours. The tree was completely removed (a little of the stump was left hidden by the evergreens surrounding it). When I came home there was no sign there was ever a tree there. No hint of anyone having done anything (no mess, no marks on the lawn, everything in excellent condition). The out of control evergreen tree was trimmed and finally looked nice. They did such a good and professional job that I am now considering have them trim some of my other evergreens which I have done myself in the past. I was very impressed in how quickly everything went from the time the estimate was done and a week later the work actually completed. Having the work done in less than 2 hours was excellent, but most impressive was just how clean everything was with no sign of anything having been done on the property. Would highly recommend them to others and plan to use them again.

They came on time and did the job fast and cleanup was done quickly. Couldn't have asked for anything better.

As has previously been the case, Brett and his crew are extremely professional, knowledgeable, very courteous, friendly and are always ready with an answer to a question or two. From the time they arrived until they left my place, the work never stopped. The tree was brought down, cut up, wood was stacked, the yard cleaned up, the driveway was spotless, as was the street, where they ran their shredder/chipper.

Brett (owner) was a true professional. He was prompt and efficient. The work was "as contracted". We would use him again.

I would highly recommend Remi's Tree Service to anyone including friends and family if you ever need this sort of work performed. Brett, Shelly and their entire crew were models of professionalism, very friendly, and very knowledgable people, from the original phone call through the completion of the job. I have a very tall Birch tree in the center of my back yard that "appears" not to have survived the winter. I'll give it a few weeks to make sure, but if it has to come down, you can BET that I'll be calling Shelly again in the very near future, and we can start this process all over again.
