+ -1 moreI called 7:30 Monday evening and left a voice mail with my phone number. Jeff called 8:30 Tuesday am and said he would be here between noon and 2:30pm. He showed up shortly after 1pm, did his diagnostics and replaced the part. He was here about 30 minutes. He was very personable, neat and professional. After he left we dried 2 loads of laundry and it worked just fine. On Sunday we did some laundry and again there was no heat, just like last week. I called Jeff's Appliance Service and got the message that he was on vacation for a week. I left my voice mail message and will wait to hear from him. I will update this review (with a quality rating) as time goes on.
