I liked them because there website was easy to follow. They always arrive on time leave area clean. I would recommend them to friends or family. I am very please with the service they provide.

Everything had been great until the driver took my recycling bin. I have been calling for five weeks now trying to get a replacement. Every person I have talked to has given me the date of delivery of a new one but it has never happened. Five weeks later and I have still not received a replacement bin. Ver frustrated at the very poor and basically lying customer service reps. I am at a loss on how to get them to replace the bin they took.

In order to dispose of the waste from our bathroom remodeling project, I purchased a Waste Management green bag. After filling the bag, I went online to schedule the pick-up. The cost for picking up one bag was $105.00. I read the requirements regarding the amont of debris. My husband reassured me that the weight was fine and I made sure that nothing was higher than the sides of the bag. However when the driver came to pick up the bag, he knocked at the door to inform my son that the bag was too heavy and that the bag had ripped. So we needed to replace the ripped bag and purchase an additonal bag in order to split up the load. After purchasing the new bags and splitting up the debris, I went online to reschedule the pickup. The price was $189.00 for two bags. With the initial investment of $90 ($30.00 per bag) and the pickup cost,, we spent $279.00! The only positive things I have to say is that it only took one day instead of two to three business days after scheduling the pickup to have the bags removed from my driveway. Also the amount was not deducted from my account until the pickup was completed.

They have been very good. I would continue to use them.

This was a disaster. The driver admitted he should not have made that type of attempt up the driveway. The cost for replacement is 3-5 thousand dollars and the company makes all contractors accept 100% liability for any damage they cause. The manager was extremely rude to me and to the contractor. The insurance company for WM refuses to pay because of the mandatory liability waiver signed by my contractor. The bottom line is the contractor accepted liability (FORCED) and he must replace the driveway though none of this was his fault. There was no excuse for the rudeness; they knew they had escaped liability and didn't care what anyone thought. No one offered an apology, I suppose, because they did not have to do that.

I contacted Waste Management on Aug 10th to inform them that they had not picked up my trash for over a month and because of that I was canceling my service. On August 14 I was contacted by Joe Meyer. He claimed they had picked up my trash and that I could not cancel my service before the contract term concludes. For the following six weeks they continued to bill me while NOT emptying the dumpster at my property. On September 25 I again spoke with Joe Meyer but received no resolution. In essence, they expect me to continue to pay for service that they refuse to deliver.

Waste Management is the trash disposal service used for the city of Oak Creek. Residents are required to recycle which I don't have a problem with; I am absolutely in favor of it. However, the recycling cans provided are substandard and break easily. The wheels broke off of mine and I have been trying to get a replacement for two months. When I call the Franklin location of WM, I get the same "I'll write a slip for that." I've received that answer about half a dozen times now.

Delivered the dumpster as requested in less than 3 days after initial call and picked up after a call to indicate work was complete. They positioned it in a preferred location which sped up the process.

BASIC SERVICE WITH NO SMILE. COLLECTION OF MATERIAL ONLY IN PROVIDED CAN. TWO CAN SIZES. NO UP THE DRIVE SERVICE AND NO EXTRAS OR YOUR GARBAGE MAN WILL WRITE YOU A NASTY NOTES. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR SERVICE WITH A SMILE LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE. IF THEY DROP GARBAGE YOU PICK IT UP. NOTE IN LAST BILL, STATED THEY ARE ADDING A FUEL CHARGE TO ENSURE THEIR OPERATING MARGIN. I WISH I COULD BE SO BOLD WITH MY CUSTOMERS TO TELL THEM THAT I WILL NOT BEAR UNPREDICTABLE COSTS IN THE FUTURE, BUT THEY WILL BEAR IT FOR ME.
