Description of Work: Contacted them in 2013 for a quote. Gave the go ahead and after a month they had still not showed up or contacted me to get started. After calling them five times to see when they would start on the last call around October they said they were done for the year and wanted to know if I wanted to be first in line for 2014, I said yes. I called in early 2014 and they didn't know who I was. Instead came out and gave me a new quote about 600 dollars higher than previous. Didn't use them based on how the previous year went.

Description of Work: We contacted them for an estimate on patching and re-sealing two residential condo driveways in Elm Grove. They did not get back to us. It would have been nice for them to give us a courtesy call and decline if the job was too small. As an investment property owner, we wanted to try them out on this project, but would not call them back for work on any other properties.
