We initially got various estimates to: 1. add a rubber membrane tot he existing floor for a low cost fix. 2. replace and repair the floor and liner. 3. option 2 plus redo the shower glass and go over all the tile with natural stone. We decided on option 2. After 4 monrths of chasing Jason to perform the work, we finally scheduled the repair The work took twice as long as expected and he charged us $400 over the origional estimate. The work appared to be ok, but he did say he was going to put the liner under the tile he replaced over the tub. Which I thought was a great idea since this is where the water from the shower head dispearsed. But when he actually did the work, he only went up a few files with the liner and not up around the tub as discussed. He indicated his work is warranteed. About six months after the work, I noticed some water leaking from the glass outside the shower as well as some of the grout discolouring, I contacted Jason and he did not follow up. Just recently, within the last two months noticed that there are cracks in the floor grout, as well as mold in 3 corners if the shower enclosure. I again contacted Jason to address my concerns. He indicated that he moved from Franklin and does not get into Milwaukee that often but we did schedule an appiontment. I took off of work to meet him for the repair, He did not show up. I called the cell number he provided, no answer. Left a message. No followup. Two weeks later contacted Jason from a different number. He answered and gave me even more of a run around. Indicated he forgot about our appointment, didn't answer my voicemail message because its a shared line...hugh??..... indicated he had to ask his current client to see if he could get away for an afternoon to work on my repair.. since he is so far away from Franklin nowI .....hugh? thought it was his business? He then said he would call back and schedule something last weekend. No call. I am off to find another contractor to repair his work.

It was a difficult job for shower stall. Due to the previous shower stall, the walls were not level. The space was not square. He did a wonderful job of making sure everything was level and square. When we installed the shower door, it went in beautifully because he had done such a great job. His attention to detail was excellent. He then installed tumbled traveltine tile on our fireplace. When he made cuts on the tile for the fireplace, he used a chisel and grinder to perfectly match the factory edging. I cannot tell where he made cuts and the fireplace looks absolutely beautiful! It is the center of the room, and we have received several compliments on the it. I would use them again in the future and would definitely recommend them to others.
Description of Work: They installed a shower liner and tiled our shower. They also tiled our fireplace.
