Eric did a comprehensive review of our 17 year old home prior to our move to South Carolina. He was very informative on issues we could take care of prior to listing and some that a prospective buyer would accept as is. The experience was very educational. Eric was easy to talk to and explained everything to my wife and I understandably. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking pre-listing services.

Great!!!!! Erik was very prompt, professional and thorough. He made me very comfortable showing me issues he found and explaining in detail what would have to be done to repair the concern. Very happy with his service and will recommend to everyone I know.

Description of Work: Erik has now completed 2 home inspections for me. I've had an incredibly positive experience with him and I would absolutely recommend him. I am an investor and so I often need to hire a home inspector. When I hired Erik for the last inspection he informed me about numerous items and recommended a foundation contractor to evaluate the basement. The basement repairs would have been in the range of $15-20k and I cancelled the deal because of the amount of work needed. Essentially, he saved me a lot of money. He also referred me to a contractor for the assistance with the basement and that person was equally professional and had the exact experience that I needed. Overall, I highly recommend Erik as a home inspector. While he is newer to the industry, I have complete confidence and trust in him to evaluate and inspect any future houses that I may buy.
