Pure Sound & Vision went above and beyond from the first email to the final invoice and even past that . I started out with a simple email request that Dan got back to me within a day. Dan and Max came out and did a walk through of the project with me and gave me a better solution than what I had come up with. They were able to not only get power up behind my tv they mounted my Bose sound bar and hid all the wiring behind the wall. I also had an add on in another area where I needed cables ran and they were able to accommodate that . I had asked Max a recommendation for a sound bar in that area and he took the time to explain which he would choose and why. I have to say I took his recommendation and I couldn’t be happier with the results . If you have any needs in home audio or Visual this is the company I would choose hands down ! This is our second time enlisting in Dan’s services. We had hired him to do our whole house A/V for our new construction about 3 years ago. This time we hired Dan to do our basement A/V. Each time Dan and his crew knocked it out of the park. I’m very particular about things so it was refreshing to work with some more who pays attention to detail like Dan and his crew. I appreciated their diligence to make sure everything was perfect. There is nobody else I would consider. Very highly recommend Pure Sound & Vision.

Work not completed and needing to rehire someone to do the reprogramming of universal remote and all functions of equipment never programmed or even made aware of. Never returns calls. Charged $1000 without TV to mount 26” tv in kitchen

Excellent! The crew was awesome. Took their time, explaining as they worked and asking questions to ensure that everything was the way I wanted it. Afterwards, programmed all remotes with the new receiver to make sure all components were responding correctly. Very nice, very professional I highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use their services again.

The job went really well. Dan sent in an electrician Rian, to do the pre-wire and electrical work. Rian and his partner were outstanding and had the work completed in a very short time. An hour or so after the electrical was done, Dan came in and worked his magic. We wanted a wireless system, and did not want any wires, cables or boxes showing. Dan is extremely knowledgeable and takes a lot of pride in the work he and his associates do. He is no nonsense, skilled and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend him for any television installations. My husband and I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

It went very well. Dan stayed well over the negotiated paid time to take time to program remotes and show us how to access the sound touch streaming service. He was also very knowledgeable. I would definitely hire them again.

We were given reasonable, cost effective options for solutions to our problem. They also did trouble shooting on a speaker issue and gave us options for repair. They were prompt, professional, prepared and they cleaned up after the work was done. I would definitely hire them again.

WOW!!! Talk about customer service. Dan and his team went over and above to ensure this very small job got fixed. I realize this was a very small job for them, but they treated me and the work of utmost importance. A rarity today and I appreciate the level of professionalism and knowledge. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and will DEFINITELY use them again. They still have one little thing to finish to complete the job but we are waiting for them to be back out in my area (I don't want them to make an extra trip just for a couple of leads - plus my system is working without them) but I am certain it will be completed and we will be satisfied.

They came in on time and went right to work. The chose to stay a little later and complete the job in one day. The work was done efficiently and with professionalism. I will call Dan back to close up everything once the drywall is installed and rooms are painted. I think they are a great value!

I met with Dan to obtain estimates for mounting a TV and sound system options. I never received an estimate from Dan. I called him a few weeks after we met and left a voice message. He never contacted me or sent an estimate.

Dan Trimboli stopped out several times to help me with my reception problems. After mapping the angle and distance to all the major channels, he decided that just re-orienting the existing antenna stood a chance of solving the problem. So first we tried that; Dan didn't charge me anything except for his service call. I have to say that I was impressed that he made no attempt to "upsell" me on the first visit even though that would have been pretty easy for him to do. The reorientation helped, but after a few days it was evident it didn't entirely solve the problems, so I decided to go with a new roof antenna. Dan had to reschedule several times because of rain, but he kept on top of it and came as soon as he could. The installation went quickly and my problems are COMPLETELY, 100% solved. I'm very pleased. I felt Dan's charges were reasonable given the time he devoted to me, his communication with me was excellent, he apprised me of my options at every step, and he ended up giving me a great solution that solved all my problems. Plus he removed the old antenna from the attic for me. Plus, I found Dan to be pleasant and easygoing, and informative about the process. Top marks from me. Great provider IMO. I have no reservations recommending him for the kind of work he did for me. I found Pure Sound and Vision through Angie's list.

Dan and Terry were prompt and diligent with respect to all aspects of the installations. They worked all day Thursday and Friday to complete all the work and Dan returned on Saturday to complete the programming of the universal remote and answer questions. Extremely thorough, most helpful and totally professional.

Dan hooked up Apple TV and fixed my picture. He also thoroughly explained how to operate my remote controls. I trust this guy.

Quality was excellent. Professional and courteous. We had a little trouble arranging a good date, but that was as much my fault (my schedule is busy and limited).

Dan did a great job. He came out and did everything that was outlined in the proposal meticulously. He takes a tremendous amount of pride in what he does and is very neat which alone is something you don't see all the time anymore. They took their time and did it correct the first time. I had to run off to a meeting in Chicago so my wife was there and she was very impressed and she is a lot more detail oriented than I am! From the onset he conducted a thorough walk, his estimates were spot on, and very fair. We'll be using him again on phase 2 which is my finished basement.

Have all AV equipment in a closet behind the wall my TV is mounted on. We were having a CA closet install done, the AV equipment was included as part of the closet install, and it was a good time to clean up the wiring / electric, plus I was a bit nervous about properly uninstalling and reinstalling all of the wiring and equipment. Overall, I was exceptionally pleased with the job that Dan did. He took extra steps that I didn't expect such as input labels on the receiver's display and macros built into the universal remote displaying component and DTV station logos. Wife was pleased that he did not leave a mess and took any garbage he had with him. The RF system was glitchy, but Dan has been great about following up and spending time to resolve. If I could give higher ratings for quality, responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism - I would. I've already recommended that coworkers and friends who need AV work done call Dan and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

Perfect visit/ work. Showed up on time, completed work as requested and provided many new/ useful suggestions to make my home theatre work perfectly. Fun to deal with and very competitive pricing. I would be happy to recommend Dan to all my friends and family.
