Emailed twice and left a voicemail and no response. It's funny how contractors go right back to being unresponsive when they are busy.

I received no response from the company.

Team was on time, very professional,put swing set together in no time....came back to install piece company had sent damaged....would highly recommend!!!!!

Called on a weekend. Got a call back from the owner later that day. Had previous experience with the playset. Seemed very knowledgable and experienced. Offered to pick up the play sey set from Costco for an additional charge but suggested I do that myself to save money. Gave a recommendation on best way to do that. They don't do installs on the weekend so I asked him to come early. Called the day before to confirm. Said he would be there between 8:30 and 9:30. Arrived a few minutes before 8:30. Said it would take his 2 man crew 3 hours and he was right on. Installation guide suggests it will take 12 hours, online comments confirm. Offered advice on how to best configure the playset. Moved the set a few times until I was happy with exactly where it would be. Price was $375.

It was very easy to work with PA. We easily found a mutually agreeable time for the assembly (the assembly took place within several days of our initial call). The team showed up on time and despite some initial miscommunication between the assembly team and headquarters - the playset was up and running within 4 or 5 hours

I'm writing this report over a year later so I'm not positive on the price I paid but I do remember it was very reasonable for what they did. I think it was a husband and wife and they were very polite, professional and worked diligently. Overall, very happy with them and would definitely recommend them to others!

They were very prompt, excellent service, very professional.

Quick to respond to our phone call. Did not have to wait weeks for scheduling. Installers were prompt and worked hard and fast, despite frigid temperature in April. Some inside bolts were not tight, but the installer came back the same day to fix it.

Pro-Assembly did an excellent job. Based on my description and the make and model of our swing set, they quoted me a price over the phone and set an appointment to come the following week. Shawn and his partner showed up on time and were very polite and friendly. They expertly assembled and installed the swing set, and within a couple of hours, the job was done. I would recommend them to anyone and should the need arise, would hire them again.
