+ -1 moreExcellent! After an inspection, we found our furnace had some issues. Jon came out and determined our furnace had a recall on it. He got the parts and replaced. This was after having 2-3 other HVAC people come out and tell us to just get a new furnace. It's been running great now for over 3 years.
