Description of Work: Finished Basement

Description of Work: Repainting of our kitchen cabinet boxes, paint and install new cabinet doors, replace drawers with new drawers and drawer fronts and install easy closing glide rails.

Description of Work: Replace tub, tile, floor, vanity, toilet, sub floor. Upgrade electrical, install recessed lighting, install exhaust vent, upgrade plumbing. Gut kitchen, remove soffits, replace cabinets. upgrade electrical, install new gas line, install recessed lighting, exhaust vent, backsplash, flooring, upgrade plumbing. Custom built a pantry in hallway. Upgraded electrical, Installed ceiling fans in family room, and living room, installed recessed lighting in family room and hallway. Repaired outside soffit.

Description of Work: JDLS Renovations Too bad 5 Stars is as high as I can go because I would go higher if I could for JDLS Renovations. From the very first time I met Justice I had a good feeling with him. I am so glad I went with his company. He showed me respect all the time he talked to me not my Husband as I was the one doing the planning; most of the places talked to my husband not me including some of the stores. The work that JDLS Renovations did for my bathroom and powder room is beyond words it is beautiful, gorgeous, and fabulous; to say I am pleased with it is an understatement. I know a person is not supposed to enjoy doing a remodel experience but I truly enjoyed working with these young men. Justice is very professional in every respect and very thorough with everything he does from his contract to his work. Justice pays close attention to what the customer says and wants as well as to what the customer can afford. Justice works with his customers through the entire process, Justice stays in contact with you through either by phone or e-mail. I absolutely cannot express how happy I am with the way both my rooms turned out. Every day before Justice and Willie would leave for the day they always cleaned up, but they also took care to not track anything up through the house as well. Most places tell you where they want you to go. But Justice allowed me to go where I wanted to go to pick the things I wanted in our rooms. There were somethings he insisted on having specific brands like the paints, and premier and he explained why. He also made some suggestions as to what he thought of the items I picked out see I brought home samples of several things and placed them in the rooms to see how they would look in my home. He truly works with the customer to achieve their happiness with the project. Main Bathroom: Demolition & Disposal of bathtub surround tile/ vanity light / toilet/ chair rail, faucets. Main Bathroom: Installation of new plumbing for shower head & valve, vanity faucet and light, toilet, floor and wall tiles, cosmetic hardware and fixtures. Painting with mold resistant primer and paint, replacing of safety rails and shower rod, Installation of accent tiles as a chair rail and around tiles in bathtub surround. Powder room: Painting with mold resistant primer and paint, installation of new floor tiles in bathroom, and hallway, replace towel bar, toilet paper holder, decorative hooks, and toilet. The cost was supplies 1625.42 Justice’s $3,611 For a total of $5236.42

Description of Work: JDLS prepped and painted our dark brown wooden kitchen cabinets white and installed a herringbone marble back splash.
