My experience went very well. The staff was very professional and knowledgeable in their field. They were able to fix some previous issues, as well. The pricing was reasonable and I was pleased with the outcome of the service. I would recommend this company to others.

Our refrigerator died and we went to Home Depot and picked out one that was the best price and we found what we needed. Our house is like 50 years old and there is a spot for the refrigerator and it has to fit that spot. I'm happy with it and it's working fine and just the way it is supposed to. I think Home Depot is very helpful.

They notified us step by step through the entire process. They confirmed the color and set a representative out with shingle samples. They came out at 8 am and worked continually through the day. They rotated jobs to keep efficient. They were done by 3 in the afternoon and used a magnet to pick up the extra nails. Their prices were more reasonable than other contractors we received bids from. The contactor that we used was excellent. We have gotten several complements from neighbors already.

We ended up ordering the materials but only after finding another retailer that could answer the questions. Home Depot matched the price, but is not very well versed at material knowledge. Go else where for answers!

We had hired Home Depot to install a door we picked out in the showroom. The sales associate was nice and explained the process to us but left us unsure of the approximate price. They hire out a contractor to come out and measure. They were extremely un-professional. They called me the night before to schedule a time to come out. I waited the next morning and nobody showed up. I then called and He claimed he never made the appointment, was argumentative on the phone and finally had an assistant come out. They didn't speak very clearly and made us feel very uneasy about the the quality of their craftsmanship and totally clueless as to the final price. We went back to the store to complain and found them totally uninterested in why and merely laughed off at the contractors rudeness in total agreement.

This was an absolutely terrible experience! Work began in the middle of December, right before Christmas and between snow events. The initial contractor showed up and was more concerned with his personal schedule than his work. At best, he worked 5 hours a day. He was the only one on the roof. I was expecting a professional looking and quick crew rather than a single working guy wearing dirty clothes. After three days of this, I called to complain and the original contractor was removed. He was replaced by a whole crew of men whom completed the job within two days. The original contractor damaged the lawn and topography. There were several service issues that needed to be addressed after the installation, including a leaking chimney and damage to the siding on the house. It took over a month of calling to get it fixed. There still is a outstanding issue with the damage to the lawn which I'm being ignored by Home Depot.

I cancelled the estimates. I was told that I could not get one person to quoted both jobs as they were different divisions. I would have to set aside 2-21/2 hours for each appointment, on different days.

THE ORIGINAL WORK SEEMED QUITE WELL DONE, THEY WERE RESPONSIVE, PUNCTUAL & PROFESSIONAL. LATER, WE FOUND LEAKS AROUND THE SKYLIGHTS. THEY DID SEND SOMEONE OUT TO REVIEW THE PROBLEM, BUT FOLLOW UP & COMMUNICATIONS HAVE BEEN POOR SINCE THEN. WE'RE WAITING FOR THEM TO FINALLY RESOLVE THE PROBLEM, BUT HAVE GROWN FRUSTRATED.

I WASN'T VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE. MY BACK DOOR IS SMALLER THAN MOST SO THEY HAD TO MAKE A SMALLER ONE THAT WAS ALL SCRATCHED UP AND CHIPPED ON THE TOP. THEY ALSO SCRATCHED THE SIDES OF THE SCREEN DOOR. THE FRONT DOOR WAS LEAKING SO THEY HAD TO COME BACK TO RE-CAULK IT.

THE INSTALLERS FROM IDEAL WERE PUNCTUAL, CLEAN, AND VERY ACCOMMODATING. THEY WERE ON TIME AND VERY PROFESSIONAL, WHEN I CALLED THEM I HAD A PERSON I COULD TALK TO AND I DIDN'T GET THE RUN AROUND. I WOULD LIKE TO SAY GOOD THINGS ABOUT HOME DEPOT, THEY ARE VERY NICE PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH. THEY ARE BAD ABOUT COMMUNICATING BECAUSE THEY ARE SO BUSY AND SO HUGE.
