Things went well. We had Kevin come out and give us an estimate. We had him give us an estimate of several different pieces of a larger project that we needed to do, so that we could do what we could afford. He was very accommodating and helpful. I communicated with him through email, because that is the easiest way for me. He was very willing to do this. Otherwise we would have played phone tag constantly. We had done some parts of the project and then we have an estimate and the materials to do the rest of the project next Summer.

They came from most of the winter. I have a circular driveway and Hill and Valley kept tearing up my lawn and downspouts on several different occasions. I had no choice but to have them keep clearing my drive because everyone was so busy. They promised to come back out and clean up and fix the damage, but one of my sons ended up fixing the downspout for me. They did come out and sew some grass seed. It ended up being a terrible grade of grass seed and it ended up with a lot of weeds. I eventually had to hire someone else to come out and take care of the weeds for me.

I have a circular drive that's just not easy to plow. I have called him to alter some of the things he's done and he's been OK with that. He was very prompt and did a little shoveling for me by my front door. I like working with him, and he's very pleasant and reliable.

Kevin Sannes is a very nice man to work with. He is very accommodating and responsive. I recommend him and his company to all.

Kevin quickly came out an quoted our job. We sent in the contract and roughly a month later the wall was done. We were a smaller job for them, but they still handled us like we were an important customer. Their workers put a firewood rack (which they moved to access the backyard better) back the wrong way, but they were kind enough to send some guys back to correct it.

All the guys were professional and very hard working. The next day we had a torrential rain storm and they came back, re-seeded and put down a "barrier" to secure the seed for no additional cost. Kevin, the owner, is very flexible and worked to keep things in our budget.
