We have had Heinrich's for 12 years to service our furnace and A/C (2 units of each). 9 years ago, when the A/C line had a Freon leak, they serviced it and had to monitor it several times. They worked with the manufacturer to get charges covered, which took some doing on their part (given it was 3 years old), so that it was a minimal cost to us. They have always been fair with us. Don't believe ads (radio advertising costs money which is passed on to the consumer) telling you "free A/C if you buy a furnace, etc." A small company like Heinrich's is able to keep costs low and provide personal service (because they depend on referrals). We joined their monthly Club pricing (deduction each month over the course of a years) which entitles us to complimentary annual servicing on both A/C and furnace units (4 units) which works out cheaper than if you pay a provider to come to do a servicing - PLUS includes 25% off any needed parts, which over the years we have had to pay very little for. When I talk with other people and compare notes, we are saving money with Heinrich's and getting outstanding, honest, reliable service. We could not be happier.

This time, I called at 9:30 a.m. and Matt (our technician) was there by noon. The diagnosis was a single pole contractor which had burned out and needed replacement. Matt explained that this would not have happened normally and gave me some reasons why it may have happened. I also had Matt perform annual servicing since he was there anyway. Loyalty and coupon discounts were applied and I thought the cost was very reasonable for the amount of time Matt was there working on the A/C (about 1 1/2 hours). We have needed to call at night and Heinrich's is always very quick with their response times. We will stay with them because they are so good.

Everything went very well. They accomodated me. They initially wanted to come early in the morning but were happy to come later in the day. 2 guys came to my house, vented the microwave and got everything figured out. They went into the crawl space and got everything fixed and figured out within 2 hours of when they got there. They left a little bit of a mess but it was not there fault because they had to go into the crawl space. The insulation was attached to them after going into the crawl space. I was not upset about this at all because it was completely understandable. The price was very reasonable and they did an excellent job. I think we got a great deal on this service.

They must be pretty good. We usually get a yearly contract with them because we have the contract. We get a priority service if we ever have an emergency because we have the contact. We build up discount if we ever need new equipment. They are very prompt and reliable. They are nice, my dogs likes them.

Well, just had to wait a long time!

No big sales push. Priced within all the other Companies quotes. They took the Manufactures Rebate right off the bill. I did not have to send in paperwork to the Manufacturer and then wait 4 to 6 weeks for the check to come in the mail. Most of the other quotes left the Manufactures Rebate in my lap. Good workmanship, no mess etc. After they left I saw the did a small repair on another and quot;thingand quot; without even asking, It was something I had know about but just never got around to correcting.

Joey is great - hardworking, professional and dedicated. He came over within an hour on an evening, even though the other company had sold us the system and made the profit. He diagnosed the problems and did not charge us anything because the warranty covered it. We were so impressed and pleased with his responsiveness and honesty.

After the flooding of our basement, we requested bids from a number of providers. Heinrichs gave us an estimate for suspending a new furnace from the first floor joists. They were very patient and gave us a number of choices of furnace. They also gave us a number of options for using the existing A/C components or replacing them. We chose Heinrichs as they said that they had experience in hanging the furnace. New ductwork needed to be fabricated.The installation was what they promised. It was done when they promised (actually ahead of schedule). My wife was home during the installation. She was not totally pleased with the demeanor of the installation crew although she thought that they delivered what was promised, they cleaned up their work area well, and did not damage anything while bringing in the new furnace and removing the old furnace.

started using Heinrichs in 2008 after my old company went out of business. They are prompt and very professional when they come to my home . They explain what they have done and make sure I am aware of any problems . They come twice a year and have cleaned my A/c and furnace every visit.

They are very professional, on time, reasonably priced, did what they said they would, and cleaned up after themselves. I didn't even know they were there, they were very good.

They told me what was wrong with it and what they were going to do. They told me the price before they started. They cleaned up after themselves. They do warranty work for us but they didn't put the furnace in. The furnace company is not in business anymore.
