Description of Work: In 2011, Haase and sons installed an internal drain tile system in my basement and replaced my sump pump and crock. I discovered my sump pump went out over the weekend. Called Josh on Monday, he had someone out on Tuesday who replaced the pump and installed a battery back up pump that day on extremely short notice. He guarantees his work and I couldn't ask better for his response time. Even when he didn't answer his phone, he got back to me in minutes to help solve the problem.

Description of Work: We had a problem with water seeping into our basement. We sought out a few companies to provide possible solutions as well as estimates. Other companies proposed elaborate outside work as well as inside work. We were reassured by Joshua Hasse there was a simpler solution. He indicated the work was limited to the outside east wall abutting the driveway. Josh was honest and very knowledgeable and did an excellent job reassuring us as he walked us through the basic process. The work was completed in a timely manner without unnecessary excavation. The work team was skilled and respectful. We cannot think of one thing we are disappointed in. We would gladly refer family and friends to Hasse. |

Description of Work: Very good. We had one problem and they came out and rectified it within a couple of days. Pricing was moderate, we had lower and higher estimates for this project.

Description of Work: They fixed a basement water problem with a reasonably priced solution. Had more water in basement yesterday and Josh said he will fix it for free under the warranty for the first work done. Very professional, reasonable.

Description of Work: We had several quotes for a buckling wall and drain tile problem in our basement and Josh was by far the most informative and professional. We had him put in a sump pump, brace a wall, and replace our interior drain tile. The quality of work was excellent and their customer service was exceptional. I definitely recommend Hasse & Son's! Prior to hiring them our water and structural problems were extensive and we did extensive research prior to having our repairs done. I felt the pricing was fair for the high quality of work that was done and we haven't had issues in the area's where their work was done. We hired them a second time to repair a second wall that wasn't exposed when he first came out because it was a finished area in the basement. When we started a total remodel in the basement and exposed all the walls we saw that we needed more work done and didn't hesitate to call Josh back and he came out within a couple days and had us scheduled to brace the wall the next week. We had a carpenter at the house working when Josh came over and he even asked for Josh's contact information because he needed work done in his basement and really like how Josh was honest, straight forward, and clearly focused on us as the customers! The only thing left to say is hire them!

Description of Work: i was having water in my basement practically every time it rained. Josh and his crew fixed the problem in a thoroughly professional manner. They were prompt and finished the job in a timely manner. I felt the price was fair and would recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: I told Josh I would wait until a couple of rains to make sure it worked and it did! No more leaks on the floor. After several floods and leaks, I can't tell you "Thank You" enough for giving me peace of mind and letting me sleep at night. Josh was great to work with and listened and explained and made me feel part of the process. I appreciate the timeliness and cleanliness at the job. You guys were great, and I will definitely recommend you to everyone.
