Filled out their online service request form. No one got back to me. Went with C.Dominski from East Troy - who got back to me.

The plumber arrived on time, was very concerned about tidiness (foot covers, drapes etc) and very thorough. He checked out all of my concerns, identified the problem which was a faulty faucet. He gave me a number of options: order a new part for exsisting faucet, replace the faucet and bring it back or use a faucet from his truck. I opted for the later and he quickly installed it. In checking the faucet out he found a leak in a pipe under the sink and agreed to fix it that day rather than come back. He had a book with clear cost for every type of service and wa very clear about every step before he proceeded. The repairs have been very good and have stopped the problem we were having of the sound of water in the walls. The gentleman was very polite and comfortable to deal with. I plan to do some remodelling and will call them back.

It went OK overall, but the cost was more than what my husband felt the improvement would be worth to him, so we never went ahead with the work.

Justin furnished and installed new ice maker supply and emergency shut off and connected it to our new fridge. He also fixed a leak we had in the basement under our kitchen sink by furnishing and installing a new copper cold water line replacing the bad section to our kitchen sink.

Justin was prompt, efficient and very professional. He repaired a leak as well as provided me with fair, reasonable estimates for other plumbing services that my home needs. He walked through the entire basement explaining what the problems were, how the plumbing was connected and describing exactly what would be done to resolve the issues in the kitchen and bathrooms. Justin stayed longer than the allotted time, but didn't add it in the cost. I would use Castleman and Sons again for my plumbing needs.

I bought the Angies List Big Deal for $99 which covered 2 hours of labor and then I spent 32.07 in parts. I ended up having a half day last minute right before the Christmas Holiday. Justin was able to fit me in. He was knowledgeable and really efficient. He had boot covers which is a really thoughtful touch. He fixed the kitchen faucet in no time flat. Because we were well under the 2 hours, Justin asked if I wanted him to look at anything else. We are on a well so we were considering an iron filter but he tested our water, tweaked the system and said that we may not need one these changes. He mentioned that they do kitchen remodeling at a very competitive price. I had thought to have him take a look at the hand sprayer in the kitchen but forgot. Over the weekend, I needed to use and IT WORKED! I am very happy with the work and the service.

I was not happy. I felt I should have received more for my money. I have since been cited by the City of Milw for a clogged basement drain and that will cost me more money

We purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this plumber because we needed some new fixtures installed in our only bathroom. I called soon after and was able to get an appointment within 2 weeks. Justin was very personable and helpful on the phone. We live in a bungalow and had to special order a toilet with a 14 inch rough in. We also bought a new sink, which my husband attempted for 3 days to install himself before the plumber was scheduled. When Justin arrived, I mentioned the fact that my husband was unable to install our new sink and he said that he would have time to install that, which involved putting in a new pipe, which was an extra hour of work at least. He did a very good job installing both our fixtures and was very helpful a few days later when we noticed our toilet was continually running and called him to ask about that. If we need additional plumbing done in the future we will be calling Castleman and Sons Plumbing.

They did a nice job. They were able to fix the faucet rather than have a much more expensive repair. I might find a cheaper plumber, but not better in my opinion. When I have more major work to do I will call them again.

He was on time, polite and professional. We are having him out to do more work for us. You don't have to worry about whether the work is being done right, he gives you a piece of mind.

.Justin Castleman the owner was very professional. He assessed my problems , gave me a reasonable quote and performed the job in an excellent manner. We talked about some other pluming issues I have in the house. He was not pushy, gave me suggestions on how to fix them . I felt very comfortable with him. He knows his trade. Gave me great advice. I will definitely use his services again.

Justin came out promptly to look at my leaking water heater and give me an estimate on a new one. He took a lot of time answering my questions on different types of water heaters and newer green technology. He was very knowledgeable and explained all my options along with costs. We discussed other means of water conservation including the low-flow shower heads. I also had concerns regarding the sump pump, which he addressed as well. He had two possible dates the following week that he could do the work and promised to call the next day to let me know which one would work. He called exactly as promised and scheduled the work. He arrived right on time, was organized, neat, professional and went right to work. He completed all the work in less time than he thought it would take. When he left, he had cleaned up everything - I didn't have to sweep up anything or wipe anything down; it was amazing! The price was exactly as stated, and he reviewed the work and the bill with me before leaving. I was very impressed and would definitely hire him again; he is a total professional.

Arrived on time. Repaired innards of toilet tank and also replaced tank. New, clean, and works great! Kept area clean. Also provided lots of valuable information. Said he would send estimate for garage heater installation and gave verbal estimate for installation of replacement faucet. I'm a happy customer who used Angie's List Big Deal. He did a great job and was helpful. He is a master plumber, on of the top in the area. He did excellent work fixing the problem that someone else had left before.

I came home from work one day to find water dripping from the basement ceiling. Having worked with Castleman and Sons on a few other jobs in the past, I contacted them to assess the problem. I received a quick response, and a commitment to stop by in the morning. The owner, Justin, was able to find the source of the problem and capped the water off. He determined that the fix involved replacing the faucet, and the vanity top (because it was tile). He was able to recommend a carpenter that he works with to handle the vanity work, and I proceeded to work with the carpenter on the vanity top and Justin for the faucet. I also decided to have a faucet in another bathroom replaced too. I didn't realize how much there was to consider when selecting a faucet, but Justin was very patient with my questions and very honest about the quality of the faucets I was selecting. Justin and the carpenter also put in extra effort to help make sure the work was completed before my daughter's graduation party. The work was done well, and the bathroom looks great! We have received several compliments from family and friends on our bathroom's "new look". When Justin was at our house to do this work, he also addressed a few other small issues. He is always very professional, and even wears "booties" in the house to protect the flooring. He has also shared tips on how you can save money and water with different types of products. I wouldn't hesitate to call him for work in the future, or recommend him to others in need of plumbing work.

After getting three estimates, we hired Castleman Plumbing. The job consisted of rerouting piping from 2 toilets to the main stack. Mr. Castleman was on time, explained what he was doing and why. He was very neat (important), and gave us a fair price. we have had no problems since the work was done. Mr. Castleman will be our plumber from now on, as we are very satisfied customers.

We were given a fair estimate for the proposed work, and a schedule for completion that worked for both of us. The work was completed on time and was unbelievably clean and fast. The final work was easy to schedule and equally fast and clean. His recommendation for a carpenter and remodeler was awesome and our total project was completed sooner thancwe expected. The city inspectors were exceedingly complimentary about the quality of work done, and the reputation of the contractors that we used.
