The job was done well, neatly and prompty. What more could you want?

I have a maintenance agreement and that is to assess both the heating and cooling system. We have a 25 year old furnace that needs to be replaced and they had the best deal. In the end we were able to get a really nice furnace for a really great price. Having the maintenance agreement cost a little less than just paying for each service so that's why we stuck with them. When we got the repair done they had all the parts on hand and they were able to get the job done in one visit.

They do what they say they are going to do and the workers are professional. We have them come about once a month for service.

We have use Burant for a couple of years now. We first used them in an emergency situation and now have their monthly plan - we pay monthly (about 170 for the year) and that includes an AC and furnace check up yearly as well as priority service, discounts, etc. This visit was scheduled by a phone call from the Burant office. The staff is friendly and works to find a time that will be convenient for you. The technician also recommended we have zero ice installed in the AC to increase the life of the compressor. That cost was 159.00.

They were very prompt. They did everything that said they were going to do. They also followed up afterwards. I would highly recommend them.

They were knowledgeable and cleaned up after they were finished. They were very easy going.

We had them come over a few days after our daughter was born. A guy came in and cleaned and did general maintenance on the furnace. The upstairs was still not getting heat though, and as it was getting late, he said we'd have to make another appointment to have them diagnose the problem (which they would charge more for). So we paid him and then had to make another appointment. The owner and another guy came maybe a week later and went into the basement to assess the problem. I was home alone with the baby-my husband was at work. They said we needed a certain valve to fix the heat not getting to the upstairs. While they were working (from start to finish) the owner was on his cell phone most of the time. When I came down to ask questions about what was happening, he made some comments about how the hot water heater was not properly installed (apparently not remembering that his own company did it). He told me we needed the valve and came back to say it would cost $400. I was eager to have them fix the problem and leave (sleep deprived and with a new baby), so I told him to go ahead. I called my husband while they were doing it, and he wanted to talk to him about the price. The owner was a little rude to my husband, saying he was already installing it. My husband tried calling to talk to him about the price afterward. He said it was a standard price from a national listing he used. My husband did some calling around and found out that the part he installed that we paid $400 for was actually only $80-$120 at other places. So he charged us about $300 for installation of this valve. When my husband tried to ask if we could be refunded, he refused. Overall, the job of installing the valve and replacing the thermostats came to around $700. We were EXTREMELY disappointed as we had given this company business for a couple of years and they were not willing to work with us on the price. They recently sent us a letter asking us to renew a maintenance agreement that costs $105 and supposedly gives you "preferred treatment" and "price protection." Needless to say we will not renew that as it did us no good the first time. The owner was very rude, and I have to say we would NEVER use this company again.

I am very happy about the good price I got from them. The installation was very quick and it was up and running in no time at all. There have been no problems with it, it runs very quietly. I enjoy having it in my home.

Burant aims to please. They relate well to their customers and their work is done accurately. Burant cares about satisfying their customers and that is what makes them a great organization. I can't remember what I paid for their services. I would say that we paid above six thousand dollars because this was a fairly large undertaking.

The unit was paid for by a program through our county. The installation went great. I recently became a widow, and they were very helpful. That was nice because I do not know a lot about heating and air conditioning. I do know one thing, they did a good job, and the service was good.

Burant is a company that aims to please. They work hard and do not waste time. They ensure that you are pleased with their work. They also have great follow-up skills. Those qualities and many more make them a great company to deal with. I am not comfortable stating what they charged me specifically but I will reveal they charge only the most reasonable of rates.

We actually purchased our furnace and central air from them. They always do a fine job. We had a problem before and they came out the same day to fix it. We like getting prompt attention like that especially when its free of charge under their warranty. I would just have no reason to complain about them.

This company was very good to us and they are a wonderful company to work with. I am not comfortable revealing what we paid for the work they did at our home. I will say that their prices are fair and that their clean-up skills are amazing. We will be continuing to give this company our business.

I had not one complaint about this company. They were mannerly and cordial at all times. They utilized good communication skills. I would use them again and tell others that they are a good company. The only thing I can not recall is what I paid them. The work was done over a year ago and my spouse paid that bill. I will tell you that they must have been reasonable or we would not have used them in the first place.

THEY WERE THE QUICKEST TO RESPOND. I APPRECIATED THEIR HONESTY. HE COULD HAVE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF MY SITUATION AND CHARGED ME FOR UNNECESSARY WORK. HE MADE A COUPLE OF TRIPS THAT DAY AND ONLY CHARGED FOR ONE VISIT. HE ALSO CLEANED THE FURNACE. IT PROBABLY HAD NOT BEEN DONE IN TEN YEARS.
