It looks very nice, the product is very nice. I am very happy with the product, it seems that they have a fine job installing. After all is said and done, I find out that I have a hill on the floor, and when I bring it to their attention, they say that it will take a lot of time, and cost a lot, so I say it is okay, but I am not going to use them again. I am not paying that kind of money to do my floor. I could have a handyman put it in. It is done. It lasts forever and that is why I bought it. Everything about it is fine, the corners are fine, it is just the hill. I don't think he told me that there would be a hill, if he did, I have forgotten. I went the extra mile because I wanted it correct instead of a handyman. I was so disappointed and he is probably close to my age, and he made so many trips to my house because I had so many samples and he picked them and took them to his shop, but I guess he wasn't prepared. He sent me a postcard, and I put satisfied, satisfied, I wasn't even aware that there was a hill. They just left the house, and the card was in the mail the next day. I wish they would have been kind enough to do it, but it wasn't offered and I wasn't going to pay more money.

Dennis was very nice and came out to give me an estimate. He said he would call me either later the same day or at the latest , the following day. This never happened. I called about a week later and was told he was out to lunch and would call as soon as he returned. This never happened. I waited two or three days and tried calling again...at that time I was asked to leave my number...which I had done during the previous attempts ... and did so again. Still no call back. I guess they don't want my business.

I went to their store to find carpeting. They sent someone out to measure, and gave me the estimate that I asked for which was room by room separated so I could decide what I wanted done. Then they came out a couple of weeks later to install the carpeting. The quality of the carpet is very good and I am very happy with it. Overall I was very happy with what they did, and the carpet was installed very quickly.

We had water damage in our finished basement from a burst pipe. We worked with Kevin Bartz to get everything fixed. He was very knowledgable and made some great recommendations on what flooring to use. Sent out a few of his guys who did an amazing job. Job was done on time and was done right!

They were very accommodating with timing because their work coincided with other projects going on in our house. They actually held the flooring material in stock for almost a full month before they did the work with no extra charge or problems.

The installation took place in 2 parts. The first day I was one of the last stops, and 2 younger installers showed up. I was a little disappointed that my noon appointment didn't start until 4 PM, because I had taken the day off of work. They were there till after 7 PM which was difficult because everyone was home and we had plans. The second half of the installation I requested a first morning appointment. One installer showed up (an older gentleman) and was at my home from 8 AM till after 4 PM, installing one bedroom, hall and stairs by himself. He seemed exhausted and ready to leave afterwards, and didn't even vacuum up any of the carpet tidbits that were left behind. Needless to say, I wanted to support the small family business, but clearly they need a few more installers to get the job done in efficiently. My co worker had the same carpet installed by a larger company. They had 3 installers, who vacuumed and were out of her home in 3 hours. My sister just had Bartz install carpet in 2 rooms. She had the same experience...one installer that was there all day long...

They did a great job. Everything from recommending a carpet to coordination of the install were handled flawlessly.

Very happy with everything. Bartz's installed carpeting and kitchen flooring. Store staff was very helpful. On the day of installation, they crew arrived on time, were very professional and really paid attention to detail. They worked hard all the time they were here. Did an excellent job of matching the pattern, which was something I did not expect. Most patterns do need to be matched but I still don't think it would have mattered but the installers really wanted to do the job right and I appreciate the effort. They also shaved down my doors that needed it and that was really nice. My bathroom door swings out into the hall and it has never been able to swing open over the old carpet. They removed all the old carpet and it was done very neatly, which my neighbors in the building appreciated. They even went around my hot water heater pan (in the kitchen pantry) and that never had any flooring. It was a small thing but again, they wanted to do the job right. The quality, the helpful staff, the great price (and I had priced what I wanted at other places), the attention to detail or the little things they did and the professionalism - everything was top notch and I am very happy. I will be returning to them for the bedroom carpeting. I highly recommend Bartz's.

I have never bought carpet before, and I went in and told Kevin that I needed a light colored carpet that could put up with our dogs and kids. He steered me towards a perfect carpet for our needs- and it was on sale! We were working on a tight schedule and Bartz's worked with me to make sure our carpet got in asap. Kevin, who was extremely friendly and professional, kept in close contact with me about anything that came up during the process. It's a beautiful carpet- it looks great and feels great. I would definitely recommend their services!

The quote was for $2400. They came out and did the measurement. Then, they gave me an estimate. They were prompt. The project is going to cost more than I had anticipated. So, I am putting it off for a while and I will not be using them. I was satisfied with them, though. I will consider using them in the future.

After not getting a call, I went back to Bartz's to get the quote. I was told the person who gave the quotes was not there again (I had the same sales person both visits) but that she could now give me a quote and place the order (which I guess she could have done the week prior rather than me wait for a call back). I said that would be fine, but that I needed the carpet now done within the week. She then told me they were booked and that I couldn't get the carpet done in time. I now wasted 2 weeks with Bartz and will never use them again. Their service and follow up is terrible, and there never seemed to be a person there who could give a quote.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. They were very knowledgeable about their products and were helpful in answering all the questions that we had. The price was very reasonable for the quality of work that we received. We love our new kitchen floor! I would use this company again in the future.

In early October I inquired about their installing a remnant I already had in my hallway and looking at my kitchen floor to make recommendations as to the type of flooring I could use. They came out to give an estimate and to take measurements on both the kitchen and hallway. I visited Bartz's store on Forest Home on Oct. 18 to pick up samples of laminate as well as cork flooring. I kept the samples in my home for about 5 days until I decided which one I wanted. I then ordered the flooring. In a couple of weeks they called to set an installation date for mid-November. They finished most of the kitchen floor in one day. The next day, they installed the last pieces of laminate and installed the hall carpeting, finishing by the lunch hour.

They did a good job.

It went well. He did a really good quality job (restretched 4 areas of carpet) and did not charge more for extra time. The only thing I thought was strange is that all of the cut pieces of carpet were not cleared away and various stains were left on the carpet for us to remove. Other than that, we were happy with the results.

When I called Bartz's I was scheduled promptly and with an estimate over the phone that was realistic. Kevin did a super job cutting the existing carpet and pad to fit the new custom outline. He also cleaned up very well and the finished job was perfect.

Good installation and overall professionalism. I've used them in the past for an installation of laminate flooring and was pleased, so I went to them for continuing work on by home.
