It went well. Went to the showroom to look for a weight machine for a home workout room. The price was great and Baker delivered and installed it the next day. The installers came exactly at the scheduled time, were prompt and friendly.

The clerks were unwelcoming and very unfriendly. They really lack customer service skills. I will never go to Baker Pool in the future.

We looked at the various options and chose the Genesis series pool (their top of the line). They were great at helping us through the process of getting a permit, selecting the right accessories, and finally choosing the 18' model. They suggested Phoenix excavators for the installation, and they did a great job of installing everything on the level. The kids are happy to have a "big pool" to swim in, and we'd recommend Bakers to anyone interested in getting an above ground pool

I needed someone to inspect a hot tub at a house I was planning on buying. I'm completely clueless when it comes to hot tubs so I called Baker Pool & Fitness based on the reviews I saw on angieslist. I was not disappointed and happy I selected them! Their customer service was outstanding and even made time to help me within 24 hours since I was on a tight timeline. Paul came out to the house and inspected the hot tub for me. He tested everything and gave a detailed explanation of the issues he found. I will definitely use them for any future needs and highly recommend their services. Thanks Baker Pool & Fitness for making my home buying experience a good one!

Paul from Bakers had performed some service for me over the winter when I had problem with a leaky and nearly frozen hot tub. Paul was very helpful giving advice over the phone and ended up replacing the heater for me. Recently the circuit breaker started tripping and I called again to get advice. Paul was helpful and me some tips to troubleshoot myself. I couldn't figure it out and scheduled a service call. Paul came over and took a look and discovered that the circuit breaker itself was bad. Paul gave me a contact to get the breaker replaced. On his way out I asked how much the service call would be and he said no charge. I would highly recommend Bakers Pool and Fitness to anyone needing pool or spa service.

I BOUGHT A SPA IN 2000. HAD SERVICE TWICE NOW. FIRST TIME NEEDED A NEW MOTOR WHICH I WAS ONLY CHARGED FOR SERVICE CALL, BECAUSE WITH IN ONE YEAR. BANDAID WAS CAUGHT IN MOTOR. THIS TIME IN 05 JUST STOPPED WORKING. IRON AND SCALE BUILD UP ON HEATER. PAUL KNEW THE PROBLEM AND WAS FIXED IN LESS THAN 1/2 HR. GREAT COMPANY TO WORK WITH. I DID HAVE TO WAIT ABOUT A WEEK FOR SERVICE, BUT HE ASKED IF IT WAS AN EMERGENCY. I SAID NO. JUST PUT ME ON THE LIST. SURPRISED OF SEVICE CALL PRICE HAD ALMOST DOUBLED IN 5 YEARS. GAS PRICES. HE DID GIVE ME A BIT OF BREAK SINCE MY LOCATION WAS EASY ACCESS OFF FREEWAY AND REPEAT CUSTOMER.

THEY ARE POLITE, AND MADE IT A POINT TO COME AS QUICKLY AS THEY COULD. ALSO DID NOT CHARGE ME THE FULL SERVICE CALL CHARGE.
