We tried to explain to this member that with the bathroom being so small that it would be difficult to render. The purchase that she made was for a floor plan, to which we explained right off the bat that when the toilet , tub, and vanity are staying in the same place that the floor plan wouldn't show anything new. We even told her that if she wanted a refund that we could help facilitate that for her and still offer suggestions for the bath remodel. She said she would still like the plan so we drew it for her and even included some renderings and elevations that were not included in her purchase. Trying to show a picture of the ceiling and skylight wouldn't work in the CAD system we use, and even if it did wouldn't have done anything but show the position of the skylight which would be remaining in the same place anyway. Over all we just think that the member had a hard time understanding what we were trying to convey to her. In the end she received more than we were obligated to provide and still had a consultation with us that lasted approx. 1 hr. She is correct in stating that her initial emails did not reach us for some reason. Other than our consultation with her, this service ( floorplan ) really wasn't what she needed in this situation, and we did explain that. We hope that she was able to get some of the answers that she needed to make an informed decision going forward.
