Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for a custom basement design with measurements and a set of 2D plans. I think it worked out well. The plans looked good and we are happy with them. We have not moved forward with the project yet, but when we do, we will consider having them do the work.

Description of Work: Purchased the Big Deal in Dec 2012 to have provider give an estimate and plan for updating my kitchen which I was planning to do during the months before spring. I'm looking to sell my house and wanted the kitchen update prior to listing. I contacted the provider 3-4 times(phone & email) and always got a response that he was very busy(good sign)and couldn't get my way when I was available. I asked about weekends or evenings and he always had conflicts he wouldn't get out of in order to meet with a customer. I'm listing my house without the kitchen updates as I need to move on and will not need this service any longer.

Description of Work: Phone call to myself was made by provider, he researched the distance from his company to our home and contacted me via email to state that it is too far away and suggested I contact Angie's list for a refund. He was very professional and prompt.

Description of Work: Scott came to give an estimate for a basic kitchen remodel (cabinets and counters- same footprint- no appliances or floor). He took measurements then went back to put together an estimate. When I emailed him to follow up and told him my price range, he said he would not be able to get it within that range. He did advise that a kitchen remodel for $15K might be not the quality I was looking for.

Description of Work: I never got around to calling the contractor and the contractor did not reach out to make contact with me. I blame myself for not following up. It was entirely my fault. The coupon has since expired.
