 + -1 moreGeneral contractor for Kitchen remodel. Thought they would provide more guidance/help in the design details. Very organized in completing work but tended to leave us out. Workmanship was good but very letter of the law/contract. Very professional in day to day work site housekeeping. If you work with Jim, take a lot of time to decide what you really want. The devil is in the details. Your actual project work will only get a fraction of his time so get details up front. Sub-contractors perform actual work so their work targets are filtered through his interpretation of his discussions with you. Again, as difficult as it is, get down the details up front. Do not just accept "that gets decided later" because your later options will be very limited, costly and under a time crunch.
