+ -1 moreGary the owner arrived when promised. He was very nice and professional. He went above and beyond of what was expected. The carpet is 13 years old and was last cleaned by us {the owners) 3 years ago. So needless to say it was really getting grungy and matted on the stairs and hallway. Gary went over our stairs about 4 times to get the worked in dirt. They now look wonderful and I'm not embarrassed any more about our carpeting. I would recommend this company to anyone!
