Description of Work: OUTSTANDING WORK! Michael and his crew are rare for excelling in both install and refinishing, and did both for us -- replacing carpet with new floor in half the house and refinishing old floor in the other half to match. This required a trained eye with great industry contacts to find just the right wood (much character and 4 different widths) and finishes. We couldn't be happier with the work, his crew, the price, and the result. Great communication before during and after, his employees are each highly skilled at what they do, and the timing was just as promised. The transformation in our home is remarkable. We can't recommend this company highly enough, and recommend them with our most enthusiastic endorsement and without any reservation whatsoever.

 + -1 moreSee above! Apparently he tried to sell the business to Sergenians(sp) but that fell through. Somehow his brother is involved in this whole scam as well! Also, apparently one of his former employees is attempting to resurrect the business! Now we have to go through the whole process of getting another floor refinisher and wait and see if we get our deposit back!
Description of Work: Not a darn thing!! We paid deposit and contracted for service by 7/30/2014 and got a call today that he went out of business. Been trying to contact him for days to confirm appointment and never responded. What a jerk! If he knew he was closing shop why make appointments and take deposits!?

 + -1 moreWe are extremely satisfied with all aspects of the work. Our floors look like new The workers were very professional, prompt and careful. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends.
Description of Work: We had 920 sq. feet of red oak hardwood flooring completely sanded and recoated.
