He was pretty professional and got the job done.

After a second phone call to them asking for an estimate on doors and a new deck, the owner came out to do the evaluation. He told us he would give us an estimate in 2 days. That was over a month ago. We have not heard from him since.

It all began with the hailstorm in May and finished in October because there was a lot of messing around getting the insurance company to do what they were supposed to do. Their price was very competitive. It's hard to get him on the phone because he's a busy man. We would use him again in the future. In fact, we are having them do some minor interior work.

I was very happy with the work that they did on our windows. I had boards that were coming apart and they replaced it. They also did vinyl clad for that. They do a lot work than just windows and siding. They replaced the wood and framing of some windows as they had rotted out. They clad it in vinyl. So I had very expensive windows because the frames were done badly it was rotting out. They did as they had advertised that they would. Considering that I wanted to keep the windows that I had in there and they accommodated that, so specifically the price was fair. I don't think that I could have got it cheaper than what they did for me. It was a good price. I made sure it was the wood that I wanted to use and also shingles. The quality was very good.
