This gentlemen is like 40 minutes from my house. So he let me take pictures of what we wanted done and he was able to give me an estimate so he didn't have to come out here. He spent alot of time on the phone with me telling me how to take the pictures. They were very professional but very personable . It was almost like dealing with a friend. I thought it was very nice and professional that when they needed to use the restroom they would always ask. It was a great experience. ***UPDATE 07/21/2012*** This is the 3rd time we have had to call Victor to repair our unit since it was installed. The unit does not cool. He was at our home previously to replace a cylinoid and a converter of some sort that were both broken. The unit is also leaking freon. My wife's health suffers every time we are without cooling in the heat and we need this fixed. *****UPDATE 10/01/2012***** Victor has been very wonderful with tending to the needs of our air conditioning system. He is wonderful to work with and I will have him do more work at our home in a heartbeat. You will not be sorry that you hired Victor for any of your needs. :-)
