I would use them again. When he came out for the estimate, he looked at the roof, he said that I could put a claim in with the shingle place because, they had manufactured some bad shingles in the 90's and he told me how I could go about filing a claim and see about getting some money back. He was the second estimate on the roof and he was $2,000 cheaper than the first estimate. He was local and if I had a problem, it would be easier to get a hold of him. It turned out great. They were very clean and they were here for two days and they cleaned up good both days. They made sure there were no nails in the driveway.

Great. Mark Miller (owner) meet with us and was very thorough in his description of the work to be done and want could be expected. He was one of two contractors (4 total quotes received) that took the time to sit down and explain in detail the product, time frame of work, and answer any question I may have had.Work began on time, the crew was efficient and worked neatly. Mark was involved and on the job site. We ran into no issues and Mark went as far as to have one of his crew send a picture message of our dilapidated chimney so we could get a better idea what we were looking at. He also replaced a large rotten section of our roof deck without adding to the quote (much appreciated). His crew and he took care of the gutters (on the main house) by taking them down for us even though this was not part of the original quote so they basically did it free of charge. They took the time to make sure the fine details were addressed and we (my wife and I) are very happy with the results. Mark is very professional and helpful and we would not hesitate to recommend his company.

In terms of their services, there were few specifics I wanted but it was ok. I would recommend their services to a family member or a friend. I would surely use their services again in the future.
