It was great. They did their inspection. They gave us some recommendations for the future. Very pleased.

On 11-3-16 the company promptly contacted me and left a voice message they were booked until Spring. I called back and left a message indicating I did not need the work done until Spring but needed a quote so I would have an idea of the cost and confirm they could do the work. No response since.,

Called and left message for them. They called back within hours and made appointment for next morning. Showed up right on time and after viewing damaged area gave me estimate for job which they said they could do now. Talented, professional, and personable, they got to work and in about 4-5 hours had the job done. They noticed a shingle on the 2nd floor that had come loose and since my days of climbing ladders are over they were kind enough to run one of their ladders up and repair the shingle as well. Cleaned the work area well. Having hired contractors over the years, it was a far better experience than I had expected.

They did a good job. They got it done in just a couple of hours. They showed up on site, called me up, quoted the job and it was done a couple of hours later. I was very satisfied with them. I never met him face to face, it was all done over the phone. He was quick, responsive and knowledgeable. He did a neat job, cleaned up and were in and out of there quickly. So far, I've had no problems with it.

Overall, the quality and price of the work was excellent. They were right on time and very courteous. My only complaint is that while working on the part of my chimney that intersects with my bathroom instead of using a drop cloth or rag they wiped up their mess with my bath towel and washcloth which are both now ruined. In addition to this, instead of properly disposing of the leftover mortar it was dumped in my backyard.

Fast & good. Price was right. They repaired in one morning what chimney doctor's wanted $6000 to rebuild.
