Description of Work: Needed carpet cleaned - I've used another individual utilizing the Chem Dry procedure before and liked it very much. Unfortunately that individual has moved so thought I'd try this vendor. Calling at numerous times of the day was fruitless. No answer and only answering machine message is "the mailbox is too full." Are they no longer in business? If they are, certainly not very professional.

+ -1 moreWaited a day after they were shampooed and very noticeable stains still shown as well as lines/streaks where it was cleaned more than the other. Pet urine odor was removed and good. Contacted owner John Grota and was going to come out a few days later but our schedules conflicted. Left a message at least once a week since then to reschedule a time/day but never returned our phone calls. We also left a message on his face book page and never responded (message was viewed the same day). We cannot find an email address. Not a very happy customer and still waiting for a returned phone call as of August 27, 2016.
Description of Work: Carpets shampooed and pet urine odor removed on July 19, 2016 from owner John Grota.

+ -1 moreThey did an excellent job. My wife is an artist and they were able to remove paint stains in the carpet. They were friendly, courteous and did a great job.

Description of Work: The person I some with said he'd call back to schedule the carpet cleaning but didn't. I called again and left a message with a different person, and again received no call back. The voice mailbox was full or I would've left a third message.

+ -1 moreAbsolutely terrific job. John was right on time and quickly went to work. I know my carpet was badly in need of cleaning and I was not expecting miracles, but I got on! It looks as beautiful as the day it was laid. House smells clean and fresh--I will most certainly call again. I have no hesitation with a recommendation. Very pleased.
Description of Work: I placed an order to have my carpet's cleaned with extra protection and pet urine removal. No pressure just an explanation of services offered.

I am very pleased with the results of the carpet cleaning--got a lot of spots out--carpets dried quickly with his cleaning method! He was also kind enough to help me cover some steps from the garage into the house with a carpet remnant that I had and was trying to cut and fit to the steps--service above and beyond!!
Description of Work: Cleaned carpets in three areas in my home (including a large area in my basement).
