Everything went well from beginning to end. Lorne was very responsive. Addressed the issue in a timely manner. He recommended (2) follow ups to make sure the issue has been resolved and thus far, one more follow up to go, we have not had any issues.

GoPestTech was very quick to respond to my inquiry and Lorne was able to come out the next day to treat the bee nests around our house. He was very informative not only about what he was using but about the bees themselves. Lorne was able to eliminate the bees with one treatment. I would definitely hire Go Pest Tech again.

Go Pest Tech was great! From the first phone call they were all complete professionals. Jeanne was able to answer all my questions. They were able come to the house very quickly and I was told Lorne would be there between 11 and 12 and he was there promptly at 11:30. Lorne answered all my questions and went straight to work. I was surprised to see all the dead ants and other insects the next day. I would highly recommend letting Go Pest Tech “debug” your house.

Lorne is great. We get quarterly preventative treatments, monthly mosquito treatments, and as-needed services for things like wasp nests and the occasional big brown bat. Lorne is always responsive and punctual, and his prices are extremely reasonable. Strongly recommend.

This company is great!! Very friendly and understanding every time I called, Price is great, Lorne explains everything he will be doing for the treatment and what to do after the treatment, I did have to have him back a 2nd time which was my fault and he did not charge me, that is customer service! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

After the shocking discovery of bed bugs in our son's bed, we did the dreaded google search to find that we were dealing with a tough bug. We called a local company that provided minimal information and a hefty price. After doing more research and scared to make the next step of hiring an exterminator - I found this Angie's Listing. It was the best thing to happen at that point in time. After seeing a similar review of bed bugs for Go Pest Tech, I called. Lorne was not only able to professionally put me at ease, but he totally got the emotional side of the situation as well. This man talked to me for an hour and answered everything. At the first inspection he was clear and precise on what we needed to do and what he was going to do. We are still treating at this time, but I can honestly say that ANYTIME we have a question - he answers it and with upmost care. We couldn't have asked for more in our pest control expert and if we ever need anything after this - he will be our go to person.

Lorne was very thorough in his inspection of our pest problem. He took a lot of time explaining the habits of our pest and answering my questions. Even though he was not able to treat our specific infestation, he personally put us in contact with a company that could handle our situation.

Did not leave message but she called back . Appointment set for later in day. He was on time and explained noise was likely house structure due to temp change. He inspected house said droppings were old so no need for treatment recommended having soffit repaired. Charged only $35 for trip and will credit that if I need him to come back in next couple months.. What a pleasure to deal with someone knowledgeable and pleasant who did not take advantage of me

We had Lorne from GoPestTech come to eliminate the bee problem we had inside our home. He answered the call immediately, informed us when he would arrive and arrived when he said he would - same day as our call. He investigated the situation inside and outside our home, explained everything to us, treated as needed and told us to call if any further issues. We were very pleased with the knowledgeable, friendly and professional service. Would definitely use again. Just hope we don't have to.

The work was done quickly and efficiently. He took the time to explain the habits of the wasp and what to expect with the treatment. He offered a free re-treatment if needed. Due to the first application being done at a cool temperature and the wasp not being as active we needed a second application to treat the larva that had matured. I called and he came out the next day. We called him for the wasp nest we knew about but he also took the time to look at the whole house to make sure there were not any other areas with issues that we were not aware of. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to answer all of your questions. We signed up for the spring preventative treatment for next spring because we were so pleased.

Great. We noticed a significant decrease after the treatment

The large national vendor's cost was much higher than GoPestTech and had no empathy for our situation. GoPestTech was significantly less, gave us more information on how to battle the bed bugs. The same modern, up-to-date practices and chemicals were used that the "other Guys" would use. However, did not take advantage of a family during a crisis. The cost for the services provided by GoPestTech were 1/3 that of the larger vendor. This included the 2 follow-up visits to ensure the pests were completely gone. Fantastic! Came same day, treated the whole house with a season long guarantee. wasps are gone, service was great, friendly polite, couldn't ask for any better.

I heard scratching in my upstairs wall. I called to make an appt and he came that same day. He did a thorough inspection, explain all kinds of things, including the plan to get rid of the mice. I haven't heard a sound since the day after he came. I highly recommend.

Lorne is extremely knowledgeable, professional and personable. He helped identify the rodent droppings in our home and was very helpful and patient in eradicating them and helping us understand what occurred. He spent a lot of time with us inspecting the property and treating it. He was never rushed and we felt like such a priority--excellent customer service! He also has thorough packages for on-going maintenance that are well-priced. We immediately signed up since we feel so comfortable with him. He was available by email and cell and would call me personally to go over details of our property and the situation we were facing. I am so glad we found Lorne and Go Pest Tech. We highly recommend his services. We are now at ease after an unexpected situation and it's all thanks to Lorne! He even connected us with other professionals in the area to help with some clean-up we needed, which also turned out to be fantastic referrals.

He showed us where they were entering and advised us how to close the area up to keep any mice from reentering. He also explained how traps worked vs poison and set up stations for us . He also checked our attic. We feel he did a good job.

He did a very detailed targeting of the areas where the Bees like to nest. Than he applied a broad application to provide a wide protection of the property. His work was very professional, well organized, careful around plants and other outside ornamental items. The best part was that we did not have any issues with Wasps, hornets, or other aggressive type bees all summer and fall. We will have this done again next year along with other pest control treatments. This company listened to what or issues were and that designed a treatment plan that would work for us.

He was very attentive, thorough, and clearly his years of experience in the field have given him a lot of wisdom and a broad minded perspective. His approach is very customer centered, not "company" centered and it is refreshing. It feels like he's here to help, not to sell something. His visit was extremely helpful for our situation.

GoPestTech came out and was very attentive to my concerns. I was planning a get together for the 4th of July at my home and was concerned about stinging insects. I noticed a lot of nests already accumulating around my outdoor patio and pool area. Lorne Hill came out and surveyed the property. Very thorough and courteous. Lorne also suggested taking care of a bald faced hornet nest that I did not even know was there, Lorne mentioned seeing it during his inspection. I was offered a minimal addition to the cost (at least I thought it was minimal when seeing the size of it) and it was taken care of at time of service. I enjoyed a bee free party and did not have to worry about any kids or adults getting stung by coming up on any nests. The rest of my summer was also enjoyable. No nests were built on the eaves of my house or pool ledge thanks to GoPestTech.

The job that Go Pest Tech has done is done very well and complete If there is an issue with something I call and they are here to see what the issue is and take care of it ASAP. He is very personable and gets along with all my tenants in the complexes. We have had some issues with Bed Bugs in the past and when Go Pest Tech does the treatments that need to be done they are cleared up very well. The prices that he charges are so far the best in this area and the job is excellent.
